Postive : They place is good, away from all the rush and crowd.Enjoy the evening there. Place will make you feel good. Negative: Bit of Raging still there. People are not helpful. You will not get everything you require.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syallbus which were give given 2 years back was very vast. But now it seems they have done a bit on this thing and a new syallbus has been introduced. Exam are taken in semester wise. Each semester have 2 internal (100 marks) including other everything and External ( Practical + Theory). Even there is a criteria tha you have to gets point in Extra Curricular activities as well.
Placement Experience
No, My college do not provid us with internship. They only provide us with the Vocational Training. Placement in my college has decreased during the time. There is not much company coming to the college. 50% or more students remain jobless till the end.
College Events
Cultural meet, Sports Day, College Fest, Technical Fest, 2 types of Cultural shows, Organisation events, Independence Day, Republic Day, These are the event that are celebrated in my college. Yes my college is all into celebrating everything.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Looking at all other Colleges, Fee structure for the same course is much higher than my college. Being Private college they fee structure of the engeenering program is not too expensive in my college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know much about this. But there are scholarships given by State government. They are also scholarship for economic week background student, minority and etc. I dont know about the loan facilities in my college. But there are students who are studying on loan.
Campus Life
Yes there is Extracurricular activities in my college. There are many event organised where they can show case there talent. They are many labs for each department, some of them are good and some of them have equipment that doesn't work properly.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for college. You have to pay for the Hostel in fee but not the mess charge. Mess charge are taken as per ur eating. What you eat is what you pay( including service charge which is compulsory). Hostel provide you which 3 seater room and 2 seater room (3rd and 4th year only). 4 seater for (1st and 2nd year). They provide you with bed, table and chair. We have common bathrooms.
Alumni/Alumna
Some of them are helpful. Some of them are just sending there time on threatening students. Only bunch of the senior are interactive and cooperative.Most of them lives on there own ego.They don't even help junior students when they are threatened by some of there batchmates.
Admission
Through my Jee-Mains marks and web-Jee marks the college are given in West Bengal. There was cutoff and through that cutoff we were given college and branch. I was given admission on my Jee-Mains marks.
Faculty
They are many faculty in my college. As per i know some of them are the same student of that college.Some of faculty are good and even there teaching are good. Some of them are worst at teaching and even are not cooperative to students.
