Remarks

The environment beside the college is not good. Very dirty area. Transport facilities is not good from the station.Condition of Road is very bad which is a big problem to every students. Nothing else.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is perfectly followed the AICTE & MAKAUT syllabus. The environment of the college is very good. The Course curriculum includes all the knowledge about practical fields and industrial knowledge.

Placement Experience

Placements records are very good in this college but this is only for ECE, CSE, IT. Not good for the Civil & Electrical trade. College doest provide any valuable internship program to students. Many reputed companies like TCS, CTS, HEXAWARE, TECH MAHINDRA etc come and hire students every year.

College Events

Most important thing in a college is Fest & Tech Fest. Every year our college hosts tech fest which is very attractive to students. Different type of events like Robot mania, Quiz, games, Scientific models, Bridge model will be there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees strucyures follow the weat bengal private enginnering college fees structure which is more Expensive as per my point of view. but comparing to other engineering colleges which are located in kolkata it is feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many good scholarship are there like as Kanyashree, Pre matric & post matric scholarship by BCW W.B., Minority Merit Cum means scholarship by WBMDFC, JBNSTS SCHOLARSHIP. Different scholarships are present there.

Campus Life

Our extra curricular ctivites are good. Our labs are good but not air conditioned. Sports facilities are very poor. No playing field was there. Classrooms are not air conditioned and it become very hot in every summer.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni Network supports in this college are very good. They are very friendly and well behavioured. Senior students of this college is also very well mannered and supportive to everyone. We are very happy to get them.

Admission

At first i appeared in State JEE Exams and then after publishing rankwise merit list i got admission in this college. The year was 2012. This college is located at Agarpara just beside Of the B.T. Road.

Faculty

The Faculties of this college are very good and well educated. They are very friendly with students , Understanding between students and teachers are very attractive. Students are very happy to get them.

Narula Institute Of Technology Review as a first year.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The overall campus life and experience is good . Good infrastructure and very nice events.

I applied to scotting church and jis university also. I prefered this college as it is affordable with good reputation and is near my home . My Experience at Narula Institute of Technology

I achived 15000 rank in wbjee so according to my rank and location i choose this college. I visit some more colleges like techno india,brai ware univerty etc but at least all of my criteria matched in this college.
