Remarks

There was only positive things in college.A beautiful campus.Friendly faculities. Beautiful atmosphere.There was immense cherishable memories.All events was executed in the best way.The most special institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good and the way of teaching is also good for the students and they help and each everything. Also the exams are held periodically and this helps the student to prepare for the main exam. The way of teaching is also good.

Placement Experience

The college asks the student for internship and that is compulsory for each and every student and a s a result of which the student gets preliminary training on how to work in an industry.

College Events

Almost all events are celebrated in our college starting from small statewise functions to international functions. And there are super special events like dyuthi which is our tech fest and arts fest and everything.

The fees are structure are very much feasible since we are studying under merit category and we get all the allowances and also there scholarships.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont anything about the loan facilities available.And i dont think there is a need for loan to study in a govt Engineering college because the fees and everything related to study is feasible.

The activities,labs and sports are super special and very good. They provide the best facilities in the best way.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are feasible but the infrastructure is not upto the mark. But it creates and kind of nostalgia for the people who resides there.

Yes of course. There is alumni association and they are funding immensely for the development of the college and other facilities for the college.Also there has been immense placement happening because of alumni

Admission

Based on kerala Engineering entrance exam.And based on the marks we get the rank list was published considering the marks of 12th.And the allotment will be provided accordingly.there was a huge competition in the exam.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
