Remarks
As this college situated in Haldia, a industrial city, so this is a polluted area the industrial wastage are mixed in the atmosphere and polluting the area. But this college has many positive aspect like the colleges rules and regulations, the extremely good teachers and our principal is a great man. This college one of the best college in West Bengal.
Course Curriculum Overview
When I 1st went to the class I did not understand the curriculum system. But after some days our honourable teachers told us about the whole curriculum system. In this system, named semester, the exam held in every six month.
Placement Experience
In this college, Haldia government college, the teachers staff are very talented and extremely good. As the college is situated in Haldia so their is many govt. and non government jobs are waiting for you. As we all know Haldia is one of the largest industrial city and also a smart city.
College Events
In the Haldia government college all the cultural programmes are celebrated. Like Independence Day, Rabindra Jayanti, Teachers Day, Republic Day etc, celebrated. In this cultural programs someone dances someone sings and many more cultural programmes.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In the Haldia Government College the fees system is very low, unlike other colleges. Where in the other colleges form fill up fee is 300 to 600, but in this college form fill up cost is only 60 rupees and admission fees 1000 to 1300.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the Haldia Government College the scholarships depends on the the candidates higher secondary numbers or graduations percentage. As it is government institution there are some restrictions. The candidate can get only 1 scholarships. There are some also have others scholarships like SC ST ETC.
Campus Life
Besides our education in this college have many extracurricular activities. Beside our honours and general subject the student can keep the physical education subject, in this subject the student can play football cricket volleyball etc.
Alumni/Alumna
In the Haldia Government College we found many senior students. They are very helpful to us. When came to the college I I don't know anything about this college but the seniors student were help me to overcome many problems.
Admission
After the publication of our h.s result I go to the cyber cafe and fill up the form of Haldia government college and then they published their provisional merit list. After some days I went to the college for councilling and I admmited to the college in the top 43.
