My experience

All positive remarks but not for the students union. Politics is a big drawback of the college. The teachers are good. Office stuffs are not good at all but they work. They are active at university issues.

Totally follows Calcutta University structures. One exam in one year. A test exam is being taken before the final exam. The graduation course is of 3 years. This college is very famous for commerce students.

Job opportunities are good. Every year various companies come for campassing. The college doesnt provide internship but as a NAAC approved college all king of post matric scholarships can be get by applying them.

Its a little bit expensive. For science stream you'll have to pay 4000 per annum including lab fees. For Geography the amount is little bit high. Commerce students have to pay over 10000 annually. For arts, its cheaper.

Labs are neat and clean, 3 labs for chemistry, Inorganic, organic and physical. 2 labs for physics, 2 labs for computer, 2 labs for botany and zoology, 1 geography lab are there. A NCC unit is there inside college.

No hostel is there. You will have to stay outside in mess or p.g. in about 500 mt several p.g. Or mess are there. They will charge about 3000 to 7000 per month for fooding and lodgeing. You'll get tutions nearby.

Senior students are helpful but students union us not good here. They always make mess inside college. They sometimes abandon the principal. They are not of any work. But many alumini are helpful. Some of them works at good positions now.

As per number got in the Higher Secondary exam, one has to full up online admission form. Later a merit list was published by the college. If the name is there, pay the admission fees and you are admitted.

They are friendly and inspires us always. They help us anytime using social media, phone calling and personal interactions. They are really helpfull at laboratories. They are worthy to get respect. I love them.
