Knowledge about college

In our life or society, there exist both negative as well as positive. In our college there is placement issues for core branch. And it's serious problem but something is also good like biggest fest of our college give us opportunity to enhance us.

Their is no environment like iit but students know their potential. And teachers are supportive but mainly few teachers are good who have preety good knowledge.Two internal exams before all semester exam. And at the end practical exam and semesters.

Placements are good only in department of CSE, IT and ECE. There is no scope of placement of civil mechanical guys in core company. They are also hired by it companies. Ya, ollege provide internship to students.

We have 2nd largest tech fest in eastern India after iit kharagpur. Name of the tech fest is "EDGE". We also have our cultural fest name as Anakhronos. We also have our literature club name as Eclectica.

Fee structure for this year is around 5 lakh for 4 year Btech course. I am student of 2017 batch and we have total fee of rs 4,20,000.It is moderate feasible. We haven't good campus. Small campus have two colleges.

There is nothing this type of facilities provided by our college. Ya college have government related scholarship like TFW quota. But this quota only used by local residental people of bengal. So, no good scholarship facilities.

There is separate labs for each department but in civil department labs are not sufficient. There are event of sports like cricket, football, badminton etc. And also extra-curricular activities like photographery, bridge design, autobots design etc.

We haven't facilities of hostels.There is private hostel but they are not totally link up with our college. College are not responsible for hostel activities. Many students are take pg Or flat at kestopur.

Ya,seniors are very friendly and so closed to us. In starting of college life they take our intro and we have little fear but after one months they are guide us so well. They always help us. They have all responsibilities of fests.

I apper for jee mains exam and also wbjee. But i got the college by my jee mains rank.There are counselling process after result has deckared of wbjee. U either prefer your wbjee rank or jee mains or both.

There are few good faculties who have preety good knowledge. Most teachers are guest lecturer. And they have not preety enough experience to handle class and also in teaching skills. Teachers are so friendly in nature.
