College review

This is one of the best engineering college in Kerala for computer science. The only negative feedback about the college is the campus. The campus is small and is just a small 5 storied building. So if you are planning to go for a campus with ample amount of space this is not the place. But if you want to get into a good company and want to build strong relationship among students and alumni you are at the right place.

Curriculum is bit old but it's necessary to have the basics. There are 2 series exams for every subject and along with two assignments it will graded for 50 marks. And the University exam will be for 100 marks

Good. We have around 100 companies visiting every year, with most number of placements in computer science department. I did internship in technopark in the field of data science. The experience was the best. We had industry level projects to work on.

Our college organizes the annual techomanagerial fest EXCEL which is India's second technical fest. And we have annual Arts and Sports celebration. We have various clubs. A charity club called Thanal is very active in all manners.

Merit seat- 35000 Indian rupees Management seat - 35000 Indian rupees NRI seat - 1,50,000 Indian rupees The feasibility is a personal choice. We have to pay the fees annually at the starting of every odd semester.

We have an XSA scholarship provided by our alluminis for students. They determine this based on the family annual income of a particular student. It is monitored by the college authority. All the government scholarships will be notified via mail.

Labs are pretty much okay. We have a very good football, cricket and basketball teams. There are two computer labs. Interclass competitions for football cricket and basketball are conducted annually.

Hostel infrastructures are fairly okay. They are adjustable. But the life here is the most memorable thing in college. We are having a mess committee and hostel committee. The food menu is charted by the students itself.

Alumni is the biggest asset of our college. They provide scholarships for economically backward students. Alumni engages in every activities organized in college. They provide mentorship in all sorts. They even assign projects to students to help them introduce to a corporate world.

KEAM which is Kerala entrance examination. After the results of KEAM we apply for colleges and courses priority wise. We will have 3 allotments and Everytime you get an option all the colleges below that option are removed.

Well experienced teachers with surplus amount of doctorates. They are friendly and helpful in every manner. Teachers usually use presentations in class and would give notes. They prefer us to take lecture notes.
