It's a very strict university. People are bound to. Do anything as per the norms of a university. Only they Will be asking you for attendance attendance. Otherwise good university to get your degree at a feasible Price.

Nothing negative about the college because the college is having a very good facilities and providing the better education to the students from all over the world the Management Faculty & all the department's are very good with students and overall its a very good environment.

Yup my college was a Gurukul in gunupur. I am really proud of my college. We were perhaps perfect match, simple decicated and disciplined, no show off, no extravenenza, study study and study which sometimes becomes difficult to spare time for some other things may be it wasy fault.

It's very good college with nice infrastructure and the facilities. The faculties are good and cooperative. All sorts of technical guidance and skills are taught by our college. The faculties taught us in a very interesting and nice way. As you very thing has some merits and demerits but we have to adjust and exist with that ups and downs.

They did everything for the improvement of your studies you will get into the college in the morning and you will be off in the late evening so you will not get extra time to do your extra activities.

There are a lot of positives some are : 1. Great academics and environment, 2. highly professional faculties, 3. Good hostel facility and sports facilities, 4. Remarkable placement record. All things great also have some flaws so as GIET UNIVERSITY some flaws like a bit remote a bit far from city but has a great connectivity form all the big cities.

In my view, college is best for all those students not getting IITs or NITs or and other reputed private colleges.

Till now I didn't see any negativity but it's good for studious students because you have to study alot there. Many times they conduct classes even on Sundays and holidays also. After the class, you have to attend some personality development training also.

College is very good at study point of view. The teachers and professors as well as seniors are very much helpful. The college is giving its full priority to bring the core companies at placement time especially for the EE branch.

The college is situated in such an isolated location (Gunupur) that the students have no other option other than studying. The atmosphere is good and the teaching is good with the more focused approach on the practicals. However, a good medical facility is not available (to see a good doctor in any case, one has to take a 3-hour bus ride to Rayagada) also around 60 students have suffered from jaundice the previous semester.
