i like the greenery in the college and the mandir

Dislikes

the restrictions related to outside food
the rules and regulations of this college is very illogical
the attendance criteria is not good they give marks on the basis of attendance

the placement in this college is below average. the average package of this college is 6 lpa and the mode package is 4-5 lpa the highest package goes from 30-40 lpa but only 1 or 2 student got this and rarely

JUET Guna college life!!

College is beautiful inside and has a quite good size too of 125 acres and it has a lake inside that looks beautiful! Overall the campus is really good!
The quality of infrastructure is also very good. The academic halls looks great and has good capacity.
Almost every faculty here is PhD and most of the faculty members are from IIT or NIT so they have a vast knowledge.

Dislikes

Though academic hall is great it is not very spacious.
The tagore hall is also not very big and cannot contain every student from all the year.
Placement scenario here is not very good and the outside college life is not great because it is situated very far from the major cities.

Placement Experience:

From semester 7 students becomes eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit here as mercarti, testbook, Amazon, zs associates nd mass recruiters like Infosys and TCS . Highest package last year was 30 lpa nd the average package was around 5.5-6 lpa. About 60-70% students get placed here. My plans after getting the degree is to do masters.

The campus in itself is very lush green which is very peaceful.
The faculty here is quite good , obviously with some exceptions .
The mess menu here is comparatively better than other colleges.

Dislikes

The Registrar appointed here is very bad person and no one likes him here.
The hygiene inside the hostels are not so good.
Although the menu is good but the food is absolutely disgusting because the mess staff can't put efforts in making.

Placement Experience:

The placements have really gone down in recent years , however, there are always some bright minds in every year who grab around 20 lpa placements and get placed in good startups as well as mncs. According to the college , the placements percentage is 100% . In my opinion , I will personally chose to do a job as a software developer.

Likes

The campus is pretty green and the greenery is pretty well maintained too.
Some of the buildings like Library , Wind energy Plant , and Digital learning lab are one of the best here.
The mess food is also comparatively better than other private colleges in MP.

Dislikes

The sports facility is very bad. College does not encourages sports events and sports involvement of student.
The Tutorials Classrooms are not maintained and are pretty uncomfortable to sit for an entire hour.
Lack of Non-Veg cuisine in mess menu . The college does not provides student with non-veg protein-rich food options.

Placement Experience:

Placements here were very good but in recent years the placement scene has not seen good times. There are always 10-20 students who grab placements above 20LPA but the majority who lie in 4-10 LPA range really struggle to secure a good placement opportunity for them. The college claims that its placement percentage is 100% .

JUET WITH A PERSPECTIVE

Likes

The lush green and just how the campus looks.
The exams and practical pattern is quite easy
The teaching staff is helpful and always ready to provide you with knowledge

Dislikes

The campus has no dislikes as such to be honest

Placement Experience:

From the seventh sem onwards the comapnies will ussually come from recruitment. There are several companies but a few of them are Amazon,Darwin Box,Honeywell,COC,zs associates etc. Highest package is 44.1LPA and avg is around 6 to 7 LPA.

Likes

The environment is clean and green, it is maintained.
Faculties here are good and facilities are up to date
Food is made with hygiene and friendly staff

Dislikes

We can't order food from outside, no delivery us allowed.
Cafe food is below average, not really good
There should more eating outlets and freedom inside the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

It follows the ugc guidelines hence there are 5 course outcomes which is covered, I was interested in tech field. It can be improved with encouraging to participate in hackathonz as a part of curriculum. Frequency is 3exams per semester and 2 practicals

Comprehensive Review of Jaypee University Of Engineering and Technology, Guna

Likes

The college infrastructure is very soothing and the college is very big and greenish.
The hostels are very clean and spacious with 24/7 water and electricity supply.
The teachers are helpful and they listen to our issues and help us to solve the issues whether in studies or in personal life.

Dislikes

The college location is such that there is nothing outside campus to visit. Students are aloof from recreational time. The nearest cinema hall is 30 km from the college.
The cafeteria management is very poor. The menu, quality and variety of items is very poor. Affordable but very below the standards.
The relevance of course curriculum of some subjects is also somewhat non relevant and add extra pressure to the student.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester the students become eligible for on-campus placements. The placements of our batch moving forward has been average due to the market conditions. Several companies visited this college few of them are Argusoft, Ion Digital, DeltaX, GreyB Research, ZS Assoiates. Till now placement has been very less of our batch but soon will get placed.

Campus is good greenery is also spreadable . there are many varieties of plants and trees . there is cool environment and also peaceful environment . the weather remains always pleasant. Environment also looks wonderful and stunning
Teachcing method is good and teacher is very helpful they help students in varoious forms and they taught many subjects . They cleared doubts as much as possible
Food is also good and tasty there are 4 mess in our college and each year have different mess for them and food was very tasty and different menu are available. The Food

Dislikes

There is problem of outing and outside college outing and problem occuring in outside when we go outside from college they have limited time and this feel very problem and so theye have to change the timings .
There is one another thing that i disliked is that there is lack of industrial knowledfge and throught this we can achieve practical knowledge and due to lack of practical knowlwge we have to suffer problems in interview process
The another thing that i most dislked is sports facility because there is no major tournamnets of sports happening in our college , or intra tournament which helps to students to reduce pressure and helpful in health .

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from onwars 6th semester . There are many comopanies visted like Amazon,Genpact, Zopsmart ,Argusoft ,Accenture ,Xccedance ,GreyB The highest package was offered is 44 lpa and the average package is 6 lpa Approx 90% students will get placed My plan is to prepare for civil services.

Their is neat and clean environment here.
Previous years placement records are good.
Lots of activity and programs are there.

Dislikes

This year placement records are not good.
Having bad ground and basketball courts.
Some Faculty is not good they only give assignments and never teach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as it have better scope in it. Nowadays there are most of it company which gives a good package for students. Nowadays most of students take cse branch but they even don't know about anything. So i'll definitely suggest that take your decision when you know something about this

faculty is really helpful they always try to help students for their future they provide guidance for the students
alumini of the college are very helpful they always support their junirs and motivate them to get better opportunities
enviroment of the college is very peacefull

Dislikes

sometime the behavior of the workers in college is not very good
sometimes AC in the LTs are not working properly
time for outing is very less they should increase it

Placement Experience:

7th semester students are eligible for placements more than 50 companies and they make around 4-5 offers highest is 48 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs around 80% gets placement doing the job after the degree
