JUET Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

My college has it's own placement cell and campus placement are conducted here and average package is 5.8 LPA and with placement percentage of 95%. And many companies visited here last year and ther almost the no. Of offers was greater than no. Of students.

In the jaypee University of engineering and technology we have to choose our course by our choice and our semester wise courses in after 2nd year we have a chance to choose our course and continue learning about the course.

I would rate the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness as 7 out of 10 and the paper difficulty level is pretty good, it is very difficult for us to score passing marks sometimes at that difficulty level. There are examinations held in the college.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. At the time of my admission, Amazon provided me with the highest package which was 44 lakh and the average package was 8 lakh approximately. 80% of the students were placed that year but due to the current recession, only 50 to 60% got placed. Looking at the current situation I haven't got any plan as of now.

Well I will it' not our college fault but the now days BTech course which are taught in colleges are out of date only so our college is teaching that only which other colleges are teaching I choose BTech in this college because my rank is not so good in jee so if I want a college with good experience I really don't have much options but as a non jee college also overall experience is good more or less well as an real world application studies we need to ourselves no college can teach us all the things so our college is also teaching similarly no something special in that Well there are multiple area where college can improve course like more towards cs branch from 1st semester like we don't have much to do with physics and electrical science we our overall study need to be more focus on cs branch Well exams are taken in regular basis like three times in a semester also with two practicals so yeah you need to study regularly

The course curriculum followed in the university is pretty unique. There are 3 test of 15,25 and 35 marks respectively and rest is internal marking. If you attend class regularly you ll get a good grade. All the subjects aren't available as per mentioned in the description, it's a disadvantage for the students who wanted to study some particular topic, for that you can refer to internet

From 7th semester you can eligible for campus placements and from 5th semester you can eligible for internship with 30000/month stipend and more . There are many company offers like zerodha , swiggy , ztech international, yzcommunity

Campus placement is decent here. You have to work hard to get even 3LPA job here. Placement cell helps to get you a job. But recently, placement percentage dropped due to recession and also the increase of opting higher studies after graduation. Companies like Amazon and Google sometimes return back without giving any offer because of low skills. And eligiblity for placement is from 6th semster. I wish I secure a decent placement while I am completing my degree.

In my opinion the course curriculum is very relevenat and comprehensive, because it introduces us to the basics of the field and basically gets us off the ground for the very least. With all said, I think the course doesn't actually prepare for real world applications as for most part things are theoretical. But it is quite good while considering for continued academic pursuit. The course should be strictly centered to real world objectives. Basically if a person takes the course he should know how real world code is written and maintained. Instead of making the student right hello world program in ten diffrent languages he should be made to master some tech stack that can help him actually land a job.

All the faculty members are graduated from Phd and IIT's .They help each nd every student and are always helpful.There are 3 examination T1,T2 and T3 with two practical examination P1 and P2.They are easy if u study well in class
