- The placement is the best thing about this college .many good companies come and make good offer
- Many teachers are exceptionally good in their field.the faculity to student ratio is 1:77 approx, all faculty have done their mtech and phd from reputed university like iitkgp,nit rourkela,iit bombay etc.
- Hostel are very huge and best thing about the college is its hostel
Dislikes
- Recently placement is not very good in our campus especially for my department (etc).average package is only 9 lpa plus no good or reputated companies are coming here for recruitment.campus also doesnt help in obtaing any internships
- I think some faculties lack quality. for the amount of institution fee it feels like a risk.
- The no of reputed companies coming here for job offers and internships is declining with a very fast rate.

- Campus is very pleasant and have enough freedom .
- Faculty are highly qualified in iits and nits .
Dislikes
- Need to improve infrastructure and neatness of the campus.
- Mess food should be better and the menu should be modified.
Placement Experience:
For the 5th semester the students will become eligible for the campus placements.
DE shaw, dell, oracle, Infosys are the different companies.
Highest package is 42lpa and average is 10 lpa.
Almost 90% students get placements.
I want to get placed in a well reputed company.

- Good campus full of trees and plants which is very attractive
- The teachers are very good. The are very supporting.
- The seniors are also very good they are very helpful in academics

- The campus is very compact but you can find everything in it
- Mess food is not that good. But we will get several types of food
Placement Experience:
Placements of our college are very good as compared to other collages in our state it's average package is 10lpa which is very good for a freshers he may than think about something else. Nearly 95? students get placed,

- hostel is fine it is not that bad but infrastructure is old
- mess food is eatable not very bad it is not unbeatable
- many clubs are there for different interests

- campus size is small and infrastructures are old
- maintenance is not done and no improvements
- the management is very bad and old curriculum
Placement Experience:
Placements of the college are fine it is not very bad. The highest and average package offered during IIIT Bhubaneswar BTech placements 2024 stood at INR 26.5 LPA and INR 8.81 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 192 offers were received and 42 recruiters visited the campus during placements 2024 drive.

- Events were well organised and yearly 5 will be conducted.
- Well disciplined and organised in the curriculum and study plans
- Hostel accomodation and facilities were good.
Dislikes
- Mess food was not good and poor maintenance.
- Duration of semesters were short and completing fastly.
- Poor wifi connection and disturbances in the connection.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements will be given to the 7,8 th semester students.
Companies are tech Mahindra, Infosys, dell, tiger technologies and some other..
Highest package was given by oracle which was 39 lakh pac per annum
Average package will be 8-9 lakh per annum
On an average 80-85% will get campus placements.
My plan after getting degree was to do my mtech in May be CSE or ECE.

- We have IIT NIT curriculum system ie .different from other state govt colleges
- You will find guys having deep knowledge in coding.Here coding culture is one of the best.But for ETC and EEE you will not find such good opportunities.
Dislikes
- Placement for core branches is not good.Only 4-5 core companies visit here.
- Since I chose this college for EEE branch coz I want to do both electrical & electronics .But our college is quite unknown in core sector.
Placement Experience:
Here placements are good for coding and data analytics domain.You can expect decent PKG ranging from 10-16 lpa.If you have good skills the you can go all upto 44lpa.For core electrical energy examplr ,tejas networks and a few companies visit.

- The college is filled with highly qualified teachers.
- The campus is small(say 23 acres) for 1400 students but beautiful.
- It's nice, clean and clear campus lashed with greenry
Dislikes
- Mess food is okiesh. Not like it too much.
- Campus size should be there atleast 50 acres.
- Girls to boys ratio is very low as common in govt. Engineering colleges.
Placement Experience:
Every sharp mind gets placed. The thing is you have to stuck with the teacher's advice and you'll surely get your placements.
Some extraordinary minds get their placement in top MNCs with the dream packages of 70+LPA.
I would go for internship first.

- There is no pollution near hostel campus, Faculty is highly qualified.
- Whole camp[us is wifi enabled. Campus life is just amazing with greenery everywhere.
- Hostel life is most memorable in this four years of journey.
Dislikes
- Mess food quality is not upto the mark. But alternative to this Nescafe , Restaurant is also present in the campus.
- It is very humid here as it is near coast.
- Gender ratio is not good, no of girls are very less as compared to boys.
Placement Experience:
Placement are descent enogh. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement drive and become eligible for internships in 2nd year itself. Highest paid CTC was 39LPA and average package is around 10 LPA.

- About placement the placement opportunities are decent in the clg
- Cleanliness in college is also good small campus but good in hygiene
- Curriculum is also not that much toxic so students get time to explore other things also
Dislikes
- Small campus would limit many things for college
- Poor connectivity with the main city bhubaneswar
- Average transport facilities in the area
Placement Experience:
Yes our clg offer placement and the placement is very decent that the avg around 10 12 lpa
And also it gives internship opportunity in Dell and Oracle like company's and the highest are about 35 lpa it varry over years

- The campus is conveniently small, with just 5 minute walk from hostel to classes. It offers a variety of clubs and facilities, ensuring high overall productivity. Both indoor and outdoor sports are available, providing ample opportunities.
Dislikes
- I did not like the 9:30 PM in time, as it feels restrictive. Additionally the library is not accessible 24/7. While the food is good at the beginning of the semester, it's quality tends to decline over time.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placementfrom the beginning of 7th semester. Major companies that visit include Oracle, Media.net, Tiger Analytics, Incture, Quantiphi, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Informatica and many others. The highest package offered was 24 LPA by Zscaler, while the average package for the electronics branch stands at 6 LPA. This year placements were affected by the recession, resulting in approx 100 students remaining unplaced.

- College is very concerned about its classes and courses which is very good thing , one will get experience of more work load
- Social interaction in IIIT Bhubaneswar become easy for individual as its not that vast and every students irrespective of different batch
- Descent placement drive record, students even crack higher packages through campus placement
Dislikes
- Sometimes management can annoy you with their irrelevant procedures and by their interest in extra curriculum activities
- Though experience of work load helps to improve your problem facing skills and handling pressures but sometime it become to hectic without a gap
Placement Experience:
placement drive of college is pretty descent , students are able to crack higher package (27LPA) palcement through college with average package of 8.81 LPA , with comapnies such as Media.net , Dell , Oracle , Deloitte ,Infosys , Mahindra , Veritas , TCS , CGI , informatica and others
with most student fall under 10-15 LPA and 70% student palced in 20-24 batch .
and Most students even opt for higher studies after getting degree.
