The faculty of jawaharlal nehru technological university kakinada is very impressive like their teaching is extremely good.
Giving the number of opportunities to students for placements this time
The campus life is very beautiful with campus placements and the friends to lead the life in joy and happy manner.

Dislikes

My campus life is not good or not accident because of this college and disappointing some issues in this college like my college architecture is very bad.
Its quite frustating how much they charge on prints on campus .as a student ,we already have so many expenses to juggle ,and having to pay exorbitant prices for something as basic as printing feels unfair .
The fee and the transportation vechiles are not much comfortable to the students to travel

Honest experience of GMRIT

Likes

I like GMRIT a lot because it is well known for its sports facilities. We can find almost all the equipment's needed for different games. A indoor gym is also available accessible for both students and faculty.
The nature around the campus is environment friendly with lot of greenery.
The faculty are friendly and approachable. They clarify doubts with much patience.

Dislikes

There are not many events and fests like other colleges. There are 2 only major events: Stepcone and Annual day
Hostel Girls have no outing. They can only go out if they want to go home.

Placement Experience:

This year over 95% of the students were placed. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, L&T visited. The students from the final year i.e 7th and 8th sem students are eligible for the placements. Highest package- 40LPA average package- 4.55LPA lowest package- 2.5 to 3.0 LPA My plans after getting the degree is do M.Tech

The life of a Student in GMRIT

Likes

Our college have good infrastructure and good at discipline.
Have big play grounds for both indoor and outdoor games
Have great hostel facilities and also free gym facilities for the hostellers

Dislikes

No proper faculty to guide the students over right path.
Girl students are not allowed to explore the collage in week-off days and even after six of evening in weekdays.
Students are not allowed to wear non-uniform not even once in a week.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our collage are actually good. this year the placement count is around 200 above . also at the same time the is no opportunities available for students of allied branches over the domain they have chosen. All the students of it,cse and its allied are trained in same way. so this is the poin where most of the peope loose their interest.

Aditya college Surampalem is a Best college overall

Likes

I like college environment very much and there are so many trees and greenary across the campus
I like various fest very much that organised by college management
In this college there are so many opportunities for learning and explore different domains

Dislikes

What i don't like in this college is Fee , fee is somewhat high compared to other colleges
In my department, we only have one canteen and even in that canteen prices are high
Distance from one block to another is long , we need to walk all the way to reach to another block or to the bus

Placement Experience:

In my college 6th semester onwards students are eligible for placements, until 6th semester they teach us Skills ( like Aptitude, coding, projects )that requires for placements) there are many companies are visiting our college for campus placements, some of them are Tcs , infosys, tech Mahindra, Amazon etc , highest package in my college is 40 lpa offered by Amazon, average package is 4 lpa , 70 to 80% our students are placing in campus placements and only few of them getting high packages , mostly students getting 3 to 5 lpa , iam planning to get atleast 8+ lpa

The art of engineering in GMRIT

Likes

Things i have liked in this college are mainly the infrastructure of this college and the atmosphere.
The disciple in this college is non negotiable and the uniform system is quite good .
The hostel facilities are good and the fests here are incredible which helps students come out of their stress.

Dislikes

The food in the hostel can be improved , the quality is good but the taste is not up to the mark.
The rules are too strict they dont even allow students to come in non uniform once in a week.
The course curriculum is not that practical enough for todays competition.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. many companies like HCL , Amazon , Oracle , Cognizant,Infosys and TCS visit our campus. They offer From 3LPA to 16LPA packages. The highest package in this college is 43 LPA which is an off campus placement yet it is secured by student of our college. The average percentage of students getting placed is around 60 to 70 percent. Last year the percentage of students placed is 78 percent. my plans after getting the degree is to work in the company i got placed during campus placements and develop my skills.

STill in a confusion why iam studying in this college

Likes

Mostly i like college canteen not only for me most of the students students favourite spot is canteen
I like gallery in my college beacuse most of the events was happend in that spot
Library was literally good fast internet available there

Dislikes

They not allow us to sit in the library we have to take permission from HOD to study in library
They were not allow us to explore the college where ever we go guards are they stop us and ask us why are u here
The worst thing is some faculty come with ppt and they simply play it

Placement Experience:

I think from 6th semester students are eligible to attend campus placements the top companies that are visited to my college are wipro, infosys, tech mahindra, and some japan based companies the highest package is around 35LPA and average package is around 5LPA

things i like about my college are...everything here is very well disciplined and the greenery too good here.
The labs facility in this college is very good and we can use the labs whenever needed just by taking the permission for respective faculty.
coming to fests...Fests here are incredible..we have multiple fests in our college which helps students come out from their stressful lifestyle.

Dislikes

some faculty doesnt teach that good..just okay type of faculty exists
hostel food is not that great..quality is good but when it comes to taste its not that good.
uniform system is not that good.we are not allowed to wear non uniform not even single day in a week.

Placement Experience:

7th semester students are eligible for the placements. many companies like amazon,lnt,cognizent,infosys and tcs visit the campus they offer around 3lakhs to 16 lakhs packages. highes package of our college till date is 43 lpa which is an off campus placement. in GMRIT it is easy to get placed in aroung 4-8lpa packages.

my overall experience at my college has been largely positive with a good balance of academics and campus life. one of the ascepts i appreciated most was the disciplined academic environment and the availability of experinced faculty mebers.
i liked in my college is infrastuckture and culture and sports are good in our college are organized throughout the year which helps students socialize and build teamwork skills and my college is a better college .
the palcement cell is active and provides regular training in aptitude,communication and technical skills . core company placements are limited but amd service based companies offer consistent opputunities.

Dislikes

i don't liked and feel need improvement and teaching also.
campus life is somewhat restriced due to strict rules.
in our college lab equipments are older they have to replace with new equipments.

Placement Experience:

placements in my college are decent and mainly start from the 7th semester. companies like TCS ,Infosys ,Wipro ,Accenture ,cognizant , cagemini visit regularly and offer such as software engineer and analyst.

Maintenance of the college and there is no ragging
All maintained the discipline in our college
Faculty are very friendly to students and they solve student problems

Dislikes

Very strict rules are applied to all students
There is no outing for the girls who are staying in hostel
Hostel fees is not good according to the facilities

The placements in our college are very good in number.Our seniors are placed in prestigious companies with their skills.If I couldn't make it then I plan for the gate preparation and scored a good rank.After that I will try to get into MNC companies

Truths and facts.

Likes

I liked the college infrastructure which is more greenary and has fresh air in the campus. The plantation takes place very good and unique way and there is one day Thursday all vehicals are stopped to enter the campus pollution free.
The library access is very good. They have all the books available and free to use and the digital libraries are also good
Interaction between students with teachers are very polite way and they make students more punctual.. and they also give more opportunities to the students like projects and help us very strongly.

Dislikes

The most irritating is that .. if they see opposite genders together sitting anywhere the faculty will punish us like anything grabbing id cards informing parents all things they do they don't even want to know what are the students are talking.
In libraries to there is no coeducation is allowed although it is coeducation campus . The staff in that library behaves like we athe students doing something or we are influencing other people.
Attendance system in a good way but it is much more difficult. Student must maintain 75% of Attendence for every semester.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year eligibility of the students is there. Tcs, Infosis, HCL,GMR group and many more they all made offers. Highest package was 16lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa . I don't the companies because as we are still not eligible for those . 75% some companies and 65% for some companies and some companies don't want to decide the cutoff. To get placed in a good MNC company and do my masters .

My experience

Likes

I like the environment of my college it's consists of full greenary it is soo beautiful
I like our classes and labs structure every sec has their class
I like my faculty they will be friendly and teach nicely to the all students and help us in our works

Dislikes

I don't like canteen there will full of mosquitos
I don't like the hostel food beacause it is not tasty
I don't like my security they will not allow us to go outside

From the 7th semester all students eligible for the placements companies like infosys Wipro tcs paltech etc will come to our college and conduct exams for that we have to qualify techincal round then there will be interview after we will get an offer letter highest package is 4500000 and average is 300000 and 70% are getting placed
