Financial assistance ishan udhoy scholarship this scholarship literally helps those who belong to poor families and helps them in fulfilling their needs.
I like the beautiful campus, playgrounds, gymnasium and also the education system of the university is also good.
Teachers are good and friendly. they help you regarding your problem

Dislikes

Our hostel food is very bad quality. Many times due to the food we suffer from constipation and other unhealthy conditions.
Some of the department also quite bad and some of university area also looking bad.
The hostel mess food is not good and it is unhealthy also

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically in assam, very few colleges provide B.com honours and there is almost no fee wavier in any of those. The exams are necessary for development as in my previous college we only give finals with no wah to check our preparation and ultimately the result gets worse. Here you have a way to know how ready you are for your exams. The course is easy if you try enough.

My course is alright no issue they department is also good they are nice and they are friendly but the problem is the subject that is history, although this subject is soo long that even we don't understand what's going on we just read and write in exam

The classes in my college are strictly followed and regularly take the attendance of all the students which i like
The teachers are very good and corporative with students
All classes goes on time and well the environment was also good

Dislikes

Parking of my college was worst at my college
Drainage system is bad in rainy days water goes up.
Space is very small at my college and play ground was also small

The things I really like about my college is that it provides all the necessity we require and the clean campus of our college and a vast Library.
The teachers, the faculty here are so good. Their patience, kindness and expertise made complex concepts accessible. All the teachers lectures are well-structured and informative . Their patience with all the students are admirable .
My course chemistry lab has the needy things. I am mostly satisfied with the infrastructure and events and environment of the college. This college helped me to gain a lot of knowledge and good friends also.

Dislikes

The girls toilet is little dirty and smelly . It need to be more clean
The current is very much distrubing in our college
Old college but There is no placement in our college . And also the canteen food is not good .

I chose bsc in chemistry because studying chemistry can lead us to various fields and also we can build chemistry by laughter and shared values . Studying chemistry helps us to cultivate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities, valuable. The chemistry lab ! It's an exciting place where theory meets practice and get to experiment with chemical reactions. Our college exams patterns are easy. We have two sessional exams and then final exam per semester. We also have assignments, group discussion, presentation etc . Our college provides us with many courses such as Anthropology, Assamese, Bengali, Botany , Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Computer science, Economics, English, Geography, History, Political science, Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology etc. It also provides with BCA course and PG course in all the subjects

The college is moreover a best one for the students of BPL and middle class families
The teachers of the college are quite good and lovingly a simple one their teachings are good enough for a student.
The college has a big compound and a residential area. For which students can use

The political roles of the college made it the worse one as I believe most of the leaders of the college
Best of my knowledge our college is none other than the above mentioned points indicates other bad sites

New journey of Life

Likes

Proper Regular Classes held every day which makes it more enthusiastic
We need 75℅ attendance in order to give semester exam
College environment is good and teachers are very helpful and friendly

Dislikes

The Institute campus is too small and and no proper open space or area
There is no facility of sports in the campus like football or basketball
The Institute is very strict and we have to abide by the rules and regulations which make it hard for us

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course a very decent number because the course i choose which is B.A LL.B(H) i feel it interesting to study. It is quite useful in the real world because we mainly deals with the study of the society,state and the government, laws, political institutions, history, etc. The areas of improvement are in the study of modern history rather than ancient history. The frequency of exam timing is limited, we have to have a good time management skills to ace the exams.

Life in Jagannath Baruah University.

Co curriculum Activities held in there is one of the best among all the other colleges nearby
University fest are the best,as a whole freaking weak we spend in college participating in different activities and enjoy our best time
The infrastructure was good but now it's building newly as well

Dislikes

There is not much to not like but it's would be great if they provide MSc in zoology as well .
Only masters course is lacking, it's would be nice if they as master for science field as well
And we need good canteen food so that we don't have to go out to have food

For me personally I don't think I would have been offered anything better then this at this price,I think even though it's an government college but it actually provides students with quality education and they also have NCC in the college for both boys and girls which allows us to grab on more opportunities.

The faculties are highly qualified and they are very friendly.
They teach us every important things that are coming in the exam.
College campus have very good habitat for education.

The admission process are quite long, the payment system are very time consuming.
Have a limited range of courses offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose BSC in Mathematics. There is no such curriculum that influence me choose this course. The curriculum must add something about upcoming exams after the completion of course. And also include about choosing upcoming courses. Semester exams are taken in a time period of 6 months. Semester exams are tough. But in each semester 2 sessional exam are taken that are quite easier.

A review of DHSK College form a former student.

Likes

Classrooms are quite large and well equipped with all learning amenities. The seating in the classrooms is comfortable and modern and students, including I did not face any discomfort during classes. Also, construction is going on for expansion
The class size is small to medium, mostly consisting of 15-35 students in each class. This helps the professors in paying individual attention to the students and the students can approach the professors individually for doubt solving.
The college pays lot of attention to extra curricular activities including drama, theatre, music, singing and sports.

Dislikes

There can be a shortage of manpower sometimes, and the professors can sometimes miss classes while tending to their other responsibilities.

Placement Experience:

Although the college runs a placement cell, it's ineffective in assisting students to secure placements. The courses run by the college have poor employability and there is the option of pursuing a master's degree after completing an undergraduate course form this college

It's about my college life and please have a look in my beautiful review about my college life

I like the disciplinary of the college and the greenary garden and the canteen and also the college people
I like the college library it's soo peaceful to go and study and it's very helpful library
I even like the teachers of my department there so friendly and kind if you even have doubts you can go and talk to them there very helpful

Dislikes

The college toilet is not that clean I think they should clean the toilet and keep it little bit good smelling
I think college should stop nc and dc rules because not everyone have money to pay for nc
Canteen food is not that good I think they should give some tasty treat to the college students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Antropology course is little bit difficult but if you study . Actually I want to purchase my antropology course to study further foreign sic antropology and then I'm gonna study criminology course I think they should improve the botanical coursed and and the way they teach there is 20 marked questions and 30 minutes to end the exam and it's 10 %difficult to give the exam .

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.

Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.

The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.

Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
