CSVTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There is no negative points ,but there is many positive points there is many facilities for students, transportation facilities are gives us and hostels are in college campus,and ac rooms or non ac rooms are available.

Facilities of the college are very good. They always welcome the questions of the students and motivate them to do more.Many events are celebrated in our college.Our college is good at organising extra curricular activities for its student.

The negatives that can be pointed out is the quality of accomodation and food provided. The accomodation is more like quarters of govt residences, but with all the greenery and the vibe the residence becomes a paradise.

It is being an copy of infrastructure in IIT guwahati so infrastructure is good but location is far from City approx 6 km. But there are many trees and atmosphere is always cool. Far from the city noise.

What I personally think is that. Not only my college but all the colleges in the India should concentrate on the practical knowledge rather than theory Bczz practical knowledge is that knowledge which is going help us to implement the things which we are studying and I think the College hours should be reduce to 4 hours as it is hard to sit for long 7 hours which is unbearable. And the procedure of clearing our no dues should be made easier and less hectic for the students.

Overall if a student is concerned about the placement and the fees then this college is the best combination in whole Chattisgarh , where students will get exposure , affordable fees , helpful and knowledgeable faculties and friendly seniors.

All n all this is not the right place or right environment to study engineering where u will get demotivated by some so called IIT ian faculties who just give lecture on there life rather than course studies

Positive - Personality development classes are conducted at regular interval , feedback about college faculty is conducted by Director himself taken from spokeperson of students from different streams.(But much changes are not done after feedback. Cons - Poor entrance of college , infrastructure is moderate , students doesn't have freedom to roam in college at time of lecture and lot of restrictions from early exiting the college campus(i.e 9-4:30) time has to be strictly followed.

College environment was very goob but to maintain the discipline some time its look like a school. So college management should think about thisCampus life was very enjoyeble, co-education. There are good gender ratio (about 5:4). In mechanical and Civil department it this ration was very poor. I my batch it was 0 out of 240 mechanical and civil seats. If we talk about Ethical values and sexual orientation then there are no problems about that. We all students either girls and boys both enjoyed very good campus live in technical and peaceful environment.

Only negative remark is that practical sessions are very less.
