It helps in availing various types of scholarships that can help students financially
The best thing about pharmacy department is that they have very good teachers and faculty members . they are highly educated and very experienced.
Their placement is good because 60% of students got placed in good companies like tcs, and amazon, but their placement eligibility is a very tough process because colleges give good cgpa marks, then you change to give interviews on campus.

Dislikes

Financial aid is not for the general student as i also wanted that because of financial crisis but nothing happened.
Scholarship is next to impossible to achieve as the process is very difficult.
Placement rate is very low and does not provide any aid .

Pros & Cons of Jamia Hamdard

Likes

I liked the big campus its good for walk
I liked the greenery in the college good to be around nature
I liked the sports complex in our college

Dislikes

I disliked that some class have AC and some dont
I disliked that some semester are finished before their time frame
I disliked that escalator in my department works sometimes only

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course the course cause i had interest in coding and csc was intriguing to me especially with artificial intelligence i liked that alot,there are around 40 students in my class,teaching methods are a bit old fashioned but it gets the job done.

Jamia Hamdard - A vocal tour for beginners.

Likes

I like the environment of my class and the campus and the faculty also.
I like the curriculum and course and extra curricular activities also.
Another thing that I like is the teaching process and the availability of classrooms.

Dislikes

Lift is available but sometimes it doesn't work.
Cleanliness of campus is upto the mark but indoor hygiene needs attention.
There is no facility as such inter travelling modes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is according to the Bye-Laws of thr university. Faculty to student ratio is also good. All professors are well qualified. Term exams were pretty difficult but hard work is needed.

Welcome to Jamia hamdard

Likes

Students are super friendly and they are nice people to.talk to
Exams are easy and you can pass with high cgpa without worry
Environment are eco friendly and you can enjoy greenery soo much

Dislikes

We don't have our own b tech building and no fix class in which we can stay this is another drawback
Course fee is too much and doesn't have many scholarship opportunities
According to our fees we don't have recommended infrastructure because we don't even have ac in our classes and even in Library and we have to share library with other departments and too much noise

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the b tech in computer science with artificial intelligence. it is well-known that AI have vast use in today's world so it catched my interest and took admission Faculty are super friendly and they are great help to us and teachers also taught us well. Faculties are well educated with vast knowledge and it's great to learn from them. Term exam are easy after our teachers taught us according to syllabus and most of the things in exam came out of it So you just need to study teacher notes to pass.

Faculty are very cooperative , they teach us very nicely and clear our all doubts
College campus is very nice college is very eco friendly

Dislikes

Security is not as much strict. Outsiders are also come because of poor security

Placement Experience:

In 7 and 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies are visited like fitbakes bureau veritas etc More than 70% students getting place. I want to do job in hospital as a cardiac technician and I will also do masters and phd to become a good lecturer

Likes

Faculty is very good they are very supportive.
Clubs are also very good seniors helps juniors
Many companies come for Placement and joins them in their companies

Dislikes

Campus fees is too high many students can’t afford
Infrastructure is not that good they take many fees but infrastructure is same
Courses are limited not too many fields and courses

Faculty is very good they was very supportive and helpful and if we have any doubt they support and solve the all doubts they all are very helpful and kind and teach us pracrical activities and live questions but sometimes they are too strict that was bad too many assignments and projects that didn't give us chance to relax and study some others things i want this things too change.

The thing i liked is ,They clear all the basic concept of regarding subjects
The thing i liked is in my college AC is available and we have the biggest classroom

There is is less subject in islamic studies

reality of Jamia Hamdard University

The first thing I liked about Jamia Hamdard University is that the campus is entirely green with many trees.
jamia hamdard university is a multicultural place with a diverse student population.
The sports facilities at Jamia Hamdard University are excellent, with ongoing tournaments, and the canteen is also good.

Dislikes

In jamia hamdard University, what i find the worst is that engineering classrooms are subpar.
There are no soundproof classrooms, and the number of classes is limited.
only the first semester is conducted in a span of three months

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took admission in jamia hamdard university for Btech because I wanted Computer Science and Engineering(CSE), and I couldn't find it elsewhere. That's why I opted for CSE here. The Faculty-student ratio is 1:12, and the faculty memebers are well-qualified. Except for one or two teachers, the rest are excellent at teaching. The exam terms are conducted in mid-january for the first semester and in june and july for the second semester.

The curriculum of this course is based on the AICTE Syllabus and needs to be updated from time to time. The faculties of our department are very good all of them are Ph.D. qualified. 75 percent Attendance is mandatory for all courses.

A college with good perception

Likes

Computer labs are very well established and clean.
Sports here are a good opportunity for a sports enthusiasts
Here events are organised at huge level and very well.

Dislikes

Students are not much supportive and not much helpful.
Freshers party are not well organised by the members.
Traveling from college to other area are a bit hectic.

The course is there is good. I have got a lot of opportunities there also i have done many events like hackatho, hacktoberfest, and many more. The college faculty are to supportive and helpful. If there any problem regarding academics or any other they help everyone.

My Experience at Jamia Hamdard

Likes

Seniors are very supportive, they gives good ideas and knowledge.
There is no pressure for attendance as compare to other college.
It is easy to pass semester exam by solving pyq and learning the teacher's notes.

Dislikes

Security should must need to improve there.
Some teachers cancel their classes usddenly without any prior information.
Some students are undesciplined, they don,t have manner.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year or 7th semester, most of the students are eligible for their placement. The placement statistics for b.tech students at Jamia Hamdard for the year 2023 are Highest package- 20 LPA, Average package- 7-8 LPA, Lowest package- 3-4 lPA. Many companies visited the campus to hire BTech students like Microsoft, amazon, IBM, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, L&T Infotech, etc. Around 70% of students got their placement from campus. They were hired on different positions like software engineer, machine learning engineer, Artificial intelligence engineer, Data science engineer, developer, manager, etc.
