Life in college

Likes

first thing I liked is how big the campus is, plenty of room to roam around.
I liked how there are multiple event, tournaments etc
Multiple canteens are here in this college

Dislikes

lots of restrictions for doing normal things in college
Lots of unnecessary fines that are given
Sometimes college looks dull etc and more

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is pretty good for what it gives as it gives only 4 years of education and 1 year internship which saves us one whole year from doing another year of mba course which saves us plenty of time and can move ahead in life quicker

K.R. Mangalam through my Lens

Likes

The faculty is supportive and provides personalized guidance.
The classrooms are spacious and air conditioned
The classes are well equipped with smart board

Dislikes

The canteen seems expensive and the food is not really worth it
There is hefty fine for not wearing ID-Card
They charge for every fest (about 300 to 500 rupees)

Placement Experience:

Students usually sit for internships by their second year. There is a CGPA criteria of 8.0, students below this threshold are not elilgible to sit for placdements. From my knowledge, the highest package for K.R. Mnagalam has been 56LPA, but it was an off campust placement. About 80% of students get placed across courses but one must posses excellent skill set to secure placement. There companies dont offer very high packages though. After my degree I am planning to get a Job.

1. Modern Infrastructure & Facilities The campus is well-developed with smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, libraries, and recreational areas. Facilities like cafeterias, sports areas, and common spaces make student life comfortable and engaging.
Supportive Faculty & Teaching Approach Most faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable. They focus on practical learning through case studies, presentations, and projects, which helps in better understanding of subjects.
Industry Exposure & Placements The university provides decent placement support with training sessions, internships, and skill development programs. Companies from different sectors visit the campus, helping students gain real-world exposure.

Dislikes

Placement Opportunities Can Improve Further While placement support is available, increasing the number of top-tier companies and higher salary packages would make it even better for students.
Curriculum Could Be More Industry-Oriented The course structure is good, but adding more hands-on projects, certifications, and updated industry tools would enhance practical learning.
Campus Life Could Be More Vibrant Although events and activities are conducted, increasing the frequency of cultural fests, clubs, and student-driven activities would make campus life more exciting.

Placement Experience:

Placements at KR Mangalam University start from 5th–6th semester. Companies like TCS, Wipro, HDFC and Infosys visit, offering roles in IT, management and sales. Highest package goes up to ~8–10 LPA, average 3–4 LPA, with around 70% placement rate. Training and internships are provided. After my degree, I plan to gain experience through placements or pursue higher studies.

I influenced choose BBA because I want to start my own start-up. That's why I choose BBA entrepreneurship and I see more good reviews about K Mangalam University and this course that's why. if you take a proper classes and communicate with your faculty exam, will not very difficult. Placement of our college is is 100% there guaranting a placement as we have a job we have a internships midden term ship opportunities and many more so I feel that is nothing lacking between the placement part if you will be regular to the mentals are so you for sure get the internship so I also got my internship in first year and which was of 6 lakh CTC something so I feel that was best for 1st year students so I feel that providing 100% placement and also a good and all that

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the curriculum about 4 on 5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum covers important subject such as program languages , database management system , DSA and many more . It provides good foundation for higher studies like mca but more advanced industry level tools , internships and live projects could further improve practical exposure.

Truth about KR Mangalam university

Likes

its has a pretty good infrastructure and as per we say they are improving it by making new buildings.
the faculty are well qualified and most of them has good behaviour and nature toward student.
they have both indoor and outdoor game with proper equipment and also run online game contest.

Dislikes

most of the time there is internet and connection problem but they say are working on it
the student entrance is very narrow when students are enter and exist on same time the passing area block .
low international exposure through out the course and its also expensive .

Placement Experience:

I think 5th or 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. as per its website google, apple, Xebia, IBM , Deloitte , Wipro, TCS , Cognizant , Decathlon, Quantela, Genpact like companies visited and 92 % of students getting placements and highest package of 56.6 LPA and average package is 7.25 LPA and profiles offered data analyst , mangement , software engineer etc. i plan get a job as data analyst and presuit further study.

Their are different type of people and different type of social groups
Faculty and teachers teaching method are good and of current world
Campus life is normal not of so much ups and down

Dislikes

Their are not so much to dislike but they don't take medical as far as my knowledge
Infrastructure is good and have ac but our class have way to much people and we have small size classroom
Placement has been mentioned good but we haven't had placement season now so I can't tell

As far is my course for now I think it's pretty well said because I have seen other colleges courses and their pretty backward but in our college the courses pretty good and their teaching us up to date teach and everything

From campus corridors to corporate doors

Likes

Teachers are very supportive and talented.
Lots of events and activities happen in university which gives a lot of exposure.
Infrastructure of the campus is also good

Dislikes

Canteen food is not very good. Although there are some cafe like Basil, Nescafe whose food is good.
There should be more industrial visits .

Students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd sem of MBA program. Several reputed companies visit campus. Multiple offers are made across domains like HR, Marketing, Finance , Operations and logistics, Business Analytics. Highest Package- 56 LPA Average Package- 4-6 LPA 70%-80% students gets placement After completing my MBA , i plan to secure a good role in a reputed company.

A great place for learning

teachers are very supportive and helpful
security is top-notched. main focus on security

Dislikes

events are happend in day time not in night
very strict for hostellers , they didn't get full freedom

from 5th semester onward students become eligible for campus placement . companies like wipro, delloite, TCS visits every year and hire many interns . Recent highest pakage was 56 lakh per annum which is good for intern.

As a current student, I find the placement cell approachable and supportive. Regular placement training sessions and interview preparation workshops are conducted.
