Infrastructure is ever growing as new branches are added so new hostels too are coming in place.

Dislikes

Boys hostels as of now are quite filthy.

Hostel Facilities:

We have two types of rooms at our hostels. One is four seater rooms and the other one is 8 seater rooms. We also have amazing commin area and rooms are non AC and those are the types of rooms available at the campus.

Journey at RRU was unforgettable!!

Hostels I wish were a little better as other than that everything was top class at our college.

Boys hostels aren't good at all as there are only four sharing and then a 8 sharing dormitory available for boys. For girls though there are so many blocks and all are two seater rooms mostly. Food mess is common though for both boys and girls and it's fully air-conditioned.

Hostels are good as there are 6-7 girls hostels and 2 huge boys hostels. More will be added soon and just one complain that non-veg is served only on Sundays as otherwise our hostel is good and so is the food.

RRU is infrastructure wise the best!!

We have every facility apart from AC hostels and that's an issue as Gandhinagar is way too hot during April.

Rooms are non AC and at 1 lakh a year in which room rent and mess fees is also included we can't expect 5 star facilities. However, facilities and all are good but no attached washrooms and also no balcony in the room.

RRU means business!!

Rooms are little small and even we don't have washrooms inside the room. So it's like 200 students in each floor and 20 washrooms are there on each floor. Timings of each course is different so one can find bathrooms as and when required.

RRU is super cool university!!

Our campus has 4 cafeterias or refreshment centres and thus it becomes very easy for us to find different food items inside the campus itself.

There are two boys hostels currently which serves a capacity of 800 students. A new huge hostel wil be ready by next few months and that itself will have some 600 beds. So, hostels are great and fees for the same which is 51000 a semester is kind.

RRU means complete fun!!

The cluster in which I live has hostel blocks from I to N means 6 blocks. All are two seater hostels and are for new comers. 24000 is per sem fees for hostel and for mess we have to pay 30k seperately per semester and we get 4 meals daily in that.

RRU is one in a million!!

At 38000 semester a fees for hostel which has room and food facility sounds superflous but it's true. Rooms are big but are three seaters and also washrooms are common at our hostel. Food lacks variety and if that is addressed I will not have a single complain from the hostel.

RRU is a university to live for!!

Hostel for first year students is A1 which is at another corner. Luckily rooms are triple sharing and that makes ot even more fun. Since our in time is 8 pm, we stay at hostel for most part. Food is also fantastic as we are given eggs daily as protien is served in all our meals.

RRU is truly a remarkable university!!

Hostels are death beds as not that comfortable beds and rooms are shared by 3 student's. Washrooms are common and hostels are in place to make us tough. Our campus is a residential campus for a reason as only the tough can survive.

At Rashtriya Raksha University, the B.Tech CSE (Cyber Security) cutoff through JEE Main is not officially fixed, but based on trends, OBC-NCL candidates may require around 85–92 percentile (approx. 80k–1.5 lakh rank). Earlier OBC cutoffs in similar exams ranged near 6k–11k ranks, indicating moderate competition and variability yearly.
