NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Total yearly fees is approximately 1.5 lakhs. Which comes total 6-7 lakhs for 4 year btech course for general category. Apart from this income fee waiver is also available in nit kkr.sc st students fees is 100% free.

In our college, there is feeling waiver on the basis of yearly family income There's bracket one whose family income is less than 1 lakh, the bracket one got full tution fee wavier due to which there college fee got around 2 lakh for whole duration of course, while each sem every student has to pay around 34500 rupees for mess irrespective of the bracket There's bracket two for the ones whom family income is less than 5 lakhs but more than 1 lakh, these students' tution fee got 2/3 wavier, so they have to pay 43400, i belong from this bracket,and additional mess fees same as bracket one.I haven't taken any scholarship although there are too many scholarships are available like the students will get information about the scholarships from the offical whatsapp group of college itself, they don't have to hunt for it by self, The third bracket the ones whom family income is more than 5 lakhs, they don't have any fee wavier so there's fees is around 6 lakh with additional mess fees same as the first two brackets The sc st candidates get full tution fee wavier irrespective of family income Tution fees is around 60000 per semester while the other fees like hostel fee is 10000 for single seater, 7000 for double while 4000 for triple seater; per semester We have to pay 6000 for one time which is non refundable as a security, While the mess fees can be adjusted against the real bill of mess and electricity; There is separate scholarship for various groups for pwd candidates there is scholarship For core branches there is separate scholarship "op jindal engineering and management scholarship " and in the scholarships internally reserved for various caste groups There is Siemens scholarship which Is merit based.

Fee structure is divided into two parts First one is academics which includes tution fee and hostel fees the other one is mess fee. Academic fee depends on your income , If your income is below 1 lac - no tution fee. If below 5 lac - 1/3 to be paid Mess fee- 40000

The fees for the whole year including all the other charges is rupees 2.5-2.7 lakh for the students whose income certificate is greater than 8 lakh per year . Tution fees for the whole year is rupees 1.5 lakh.Scholarship will not be providedd to the students whose income is greator than rupees 5 lakh per year.Fees will not increase during the entire course.

Semester wise fees is 1L and overall for 8 semester is around 8 lakhs This is for general category students For reservation the fees is around 40 percent of the amount There are scholarship facilities available but only for lower caste students that too if having a family income of less the 3 lakhs per annum

The fees of a normal student per semester is 97000 for the course and apart from that 34500 is hostel message fees per semester for all 8 semesters. For students with family income INR 1 lakh to 5 lakh the course fees is Rs 38700 and message fees is same as that. Alumini scholarships are also provided to branch toppers.

I am a reservation availing students so my one semester fees is around 15000. and my batchmate who are from general category whose family income is below 1 lakh pays same college fess of mine. But whose family income is greater than 1 lakh and below 5 lakh pays 1 /3 fees which of around 100000 .so fees are payable different according to different categories and family income slab. There are lots of scholarship available such as i got from National Scholarship Portal and my some friends also get.and private scholarship also available you can get

The fee strcuture depends on the income slot of the student like people have different income , my income barrier was ess than 1 lpa so i was empted form paying 100% of the fees and i paid a sum of 80K at the time of counselling and it had not been consumed as of now so the tuition fees i did not had to pay but other fees like examination fees and Co curiciular activites fees i had to pay ... For SC ST category students the same criteria is followed and those who are having fees between 1 lpa to 5 lpa they are empted to pay 2 / 3rd of the fees

In nit kurukshetra the overall basic tution fees of b.tech is 6 to 7 lakh (not including hostel fees).If we included hostels,then fees of hostel will be 40000 per semester means about 8-9 lakh total fees.There will be fee weavier according to their parent income if your parent income is less than 1 lakh then your tution fee will be zero.If your parent income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh then your tution fee will be reduce by 66 percent.no tution fee weavier for those whose parent income is greater than 5 lakh. Also if you are a sc/st candidate then also your tution fee will be zero.There is no fee weavier in hostel fee, you have to pay whole hostel fee without getting any discount

We have to pay 15000/- for semister( This was included all registration and admision fee and etc )and 48000/- hostel fee. The NSP scholarship will be provided up 60000/- for ST students. The amount we have paid for registration fee and hostel fee will be refunded by NSP scholarship for st student .
