Placements are okay as companies like Amazon, Wipro, adobe and Samsung prove on campus placement with really good packages ranging from 12 lakhs to 31 lakhs. Students are eligible for campus placement in the 8th semester. The highest package is given by Amazon at 31 lacs and average package of the university is around 9 to 10 lacs. A good amount of student get the placement that is around 60 to 70% students. There are a lot of opportunities after the College degree as you can opt for either UPSC, jobs in private firms, study abroad, GATE exam, management colleges like IIMs and lot other.

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Many students do internships and from the 7th semester, companies start recruiting students. Many companies recruit students. Many dream companies like amazon Flipkart cognizant adobe visit here for campus placements. Companies like IBM Yamaha Accenture Erikson Gemini solutions whirlpool also visit here and provide the opportunity to students. The highest package offered was 30lpa and the lowest package is 4lpa. The average package for ece branch is almost 5lpa. And for cs it is 7lpa.

University campus placement is very good students can apply from their year for internships many good companies visit here like Amazon Samsung Ericsson Nagaru Adobe cognizant cognizant IBM Goldman Sachs and many more, The average package of universities 5 to 6 lakhs and highest packages near 30lakhs Nearly 70% student gets placed. My plan is to get placed in good MNC after degree

I chose B.tech computer engineering for j.c.bose University of science and technology because it is a well-reputed college in India and there is a computer advanced world so I would likely to choose computer science. There is every 1 teacher on 100 students so it is a good ratio and seniors are also like a teacher because they are also very cooperative. All the facility members are very highly educated and there is a deep understanding of their subject. All term exams are always held on their time there are 6 exams per subject excluding the end semester exam and they all are overall intermediate to pass not that easy not that level of hard.

The placements are pretty decent one gets placement in the last sem and internship after the 7th sem. On campus, companies come for internships as well as placement. Almost 90% of computer engineering students get placements. Some go for higher studies. Amazon , Flipkart, Adobe,Samsung are among the highest paying recruiters. Adobe comes for only girls. There is placement cell of university which is very active and let students know about all the things and requirements.

Students usually start applying in 7 sem, however many even get ppo from the previous sem as well, on campus companies like Amazon, Adobe (girls), Samsung and many visit. Many students apply off campus. The avg package is around 7 lpa for all branch, For circuital branch its high.

Placements are good for the CS branch. Amazon, Samsung, Adobe, etc hire from here and offers a good amount of jobs. The highest package is 28 LPA and the average is 6 for CS and 4 for all programs. My plan is to get a job in amazon or Samsung and if not, then I'll do MS in Percentage of students getting placed is good here.
