An budding Archi students take on smvdu

the semester fees is 66000 & the 18000 extra charges . the hostel & mess fees is 20000 & 25000 . The scholarship program is for who top the semester or have more the 8.5 cgpa , there isnt really any campus imployment for student of my course.

The sem fee is 130000 which includes 20000 hostel, 23000 hostel and 66000 tution and 17000 other fee. Top 5 people of every year of a course are provided with scholarship every year. many other scholarships are also available for students benifits but a student should have 8.33 cgpa or above to avail that.

The department is very nice and scholarships are available for the studious ones. The complete amount of education can range from 8 lakhs to 15 lakhs for 5 years depending upon the method of enrollment and the amount of scholarships earned.

Nice but not good

In my university the total fee is around 1lakh 41 thousands only tuition fee and other expensive also. The complete cost of my education is around 10 lakh. There is no scholarship to given to me. And no jobs and placement given by university

The fee structure is 132000 for the tuition fee for the whole year, around 22000 for the hostel fee annually, around 20000 for the mess fee annually and around 17000 for the annual charge. The scholarship is offered by the university itself. To avail of the scholarship there are 2 ways. 1st is by getting a good rank in JEE Mains paper 2 from which you can get a scholarship of 3 semesters if your all-India rank is below 3000 and a scholarship of 5 semesters if your all-India rank is below 1000. Another way to obtain a scholarship is through merit in your academics. If you can maintain your semester CGPA above 8.5 and you are in the top 10% of the students in the class, you are eligible for the academic scholarship. Both JEE and academic scholarships cover the entire semester's tuition fee i.e. 66000.

SMVDU and it's Truth

The current fee for one year is 132000 (excluding annual fee), 20000 Hostel fee, and 21500 Mess fee. There is no placement in architecture. Students sent their portfolios to the firms on their own. The scholarship is given to the students entered through JEE main but for 3 sem only. There is another scholarship provided by the university in which 10% of students of the class have the highest grade among the class getting this scholarship. In this scholarship tuition fee of a semester is given back to students who got scholarship.

Student scholarship is given to students who top in every semester. The entire tuition fees is given as scholarship. Minority communities also have Special advantages in tuition fees . You can also pay your one year fees in two installments with some minimal charges for second installment. Refunds are made but it takes time. Finance Department is a bit slow so you have to reach them again and again to get your refund done.
