Likes

The faculty is good, it's a mix of friendly and strict.
Yes we can apply for the scholarships then we can get money firm the single scholarships which are helpful for students.
You will get average 6 lacs per annum easily and the campus is providing very good placements and their support very nice and then prove it good skills to learn it's very good.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is bad because lot of members will there in room and mess quality is poor, registration of hostel is easy and most of the student can get hostel with poor facilities and poor msintainence
Mess facility is not good. they always use bad quality of products to make our foods.
The faculties are of average standard and the administration is also not that good

Student life in CUK

Likes

Campus life will be amazing, you can find people across India. And every year there will be lot of fests and parties. There are ground, Basketball court and indoor stadium for badminton and kabaddi courts to play with friends
The university boasts a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty specializing in organic chemistry, inorganic and physical chemistry.
Chemistry department is equipped with advanced instruments like FTIR, NMR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrophotometer, MPLC etc .. You will gain hands on experience in handling them.

Dislikes

Climate challenges: It will be hot most of the times
Hostel facilities may not meet the expectations of students seeking modern amentities
Being a relatively new institution, CUK may have fewer established industry collaborations or placement oppurtunities compared to older IIT's and universities.

Placement Experience:

since the chemistry department encourages students to pursue their careers in research, so, there are limited placements. Only teaching-related recruiters will come to CUK and offer an average 4 lakhs per annum salary. In this year recruiters like Avanti group, Azim Premji Foundation and some local colleges came.

Placement cell is very much active here and help to get good jobs. Its a very good placements are provided here for my courses as well but after MSc. And scoring good marks as well. It help to get you off campus placement

Placements are good as well as it is offered to those who secure good CGPA and does MSc. As many of the students who got placed are had done MSc. In there own fields. It is a very good college in regarding to placement cell also.

Good Campus and Department but need improvement in placement

The campus environment is very good and enjoyable
The campus has clean air and away from the city pollution
The campus is having all the necessary this which is required for the students.

Dislikes

Not a very great alumni network as this is relatively new University
Department do not have all the necessary faculty som department lack the number of faculty
Not so many students societies or club and no active placement cell

Course Curriculum Overview:

My curriculum is followed from the fractal academy course from IIT Hyderabad. It was good curriculum that focus of internship and project each year the subjects we studied in it are all relevant to today's industry.

Why should you take admission in HINDUSTAN AVIATION ACADEMY

Instructors are lineunt they are friendly
Campus environment is good greenery there's also cafeteria
Parking for the students who get vehicles that also they provide

Dislikes

They are too strict regarding attendance
Compulsory id card on the neck which every student don't like that
Timing of the college is bit not proper 8:30-4:15

Course curriculum is all goodd I got to know this course through my cousin he's also passed out from same college with same course the teaching method is very good here individual teachers make their own hand made ppt notes which is very easy to understand in simple terms

Actually in central university of Karnataka I don't like anythings but very few things about positive
1st thing faculty they are ok ok not Fully okay they way of teaching is ok
Then I just like the nature environment actually university should plant the trees but one good thing without plantation also by the rain water plants will grow

Very very poor quality of service from the administration there is no proper hostel facilities I don't think so administrative is for student welfare and very bad thing is Who are paying the fees little bit late for them fine is to much corrupt Unist
We are paying for hostel fees for t sheets it is very bad experience for me very poor infrastructure facilities are their but I need search for that poor facilities also their will be no proper buses. Actually buses are their but the thing not workin
The food quality is very less and mess fees are very very high and here gender discrimination is their how means for the boys authorities didn't put any rules for them in hostels they can come in night also but for girls it's big problem the rules ba

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum will help me good but the thing is iam doing in masters in social work dept it means theory should 50percent then practice knowledge should be 50percent but the thing is heare we sare not getting any field workonly for5days Camp in the 1styear rather than that we didn't getting any field work from the department.Actually I took these course is I need practice based paper so I need to involve with the people with involvement I can learn from them what are the problems are facing by them actually I need I really like to study about people's problems but here we are not getting any field exposure to learn.My suggestion is for department they should conduct a field work in week atleast 2days should be their for field work pratice department should take the students.They should follow strictly on the syllabus becouse as per syllabus department should provide us field work in some places mentioned in the syllabus.ThenI asked to teacher then he replied to me you know kannada

Unlocking the Real World: CUK

Likes

The campus is beautiful with green. The atmosphere is really good for studies.
The library provides good amount of books related to the course.
The syllabus designed for the course is good and updated.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are too poor compared to the fees paid. Congested room and poor toilets and bathrooms.
Not providing fieldwork for social work students as instructed by the UGC.
Library hours are limited. books are not issued in Saturdays and Sundays.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some papers need to be updated and should include topic related to current issues and more discussions are need to be conducted in the classroom that improves the critical thinking of the students. For Social Work course field exposure is very relevant and important to increase the knowledge of the trainee. But the department is not providing any field exposure to the trainees according to their specializations. The only field experience students are getting from the one month block placement/ internship, but that is not enough for the students.

Facts of CUK

Likes

Campus infrastructure is actually impressive.
Campus is covered with various trees, so it's full of nature.
Campus is very big and spacious which is attractive.

Dislikes

Remoteness, that is our university is around 30 km far from the city.
Food of the hostel is the worst here and they it is not about taste but it is about the use of vegetables and hygiene.
Transport system is also not goos as bus drivers do not do their jobs properly. In summers, under 48° croching sun we had to walk 4 km from hostel to department and even in our hostel they are not providing lunch.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will say that the course curriculum is good but in the 2nd year also there should be field work as we are geology students we need practical work but it's not there. Internship duration should be 2 months.

Eye opening facts

Likes

I liked the campus and greenery here. I like the department of various schools.
I like the infrastructure here and hostel infrastructure security over here.
I like how the teachers are friendly with students and liberal examination here

Dislikes

I dislike here is the food over here and market is too far
I dislike here another thing is this University is in remote areas.
I dislike here is some teachers don't teach properly and took leave

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the Geology subject and central university of Karnataka is considered good for Geology subject. They took field in terms of field work. It is 9/10 in terms of practical.some teachers are good in teaching in geology subject. They need to improve the placement of geology subject.

The truth about CUK from a unbiased perspective

Likes

The campus is extremely scenic and quite beautiful
The infrastructure of the campus is quite nice
The accomodation for hostels is very nice

Dislikes

The food provided is quite unappetizing.
Distance between hostels and department is too far.
There is no facility for proper transportation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course structure is extremely relevant to every competitive exam . Care has been given to give equal importance to both theory and practical exams . Syllabus can be followed more effectively. Examination are conducted frequently and presentations are also provided.
