Likes

Teaching wise the college is good the faculty is good
Placement is effective after completing 5 years you are paid upto 1lakh per month
Boys and girls ratio is good and facilities are also great

Dislikes

That our college doesn’t have play ground
College building is too small enough my school building was bigger than the college

Placement Experience:

Placement is decent and every year they increase the placement amount so yea more than 60 companies come for freshers recruitment so their is good chance everyone would be hired last year the highest placement amount was 28,00,000 per Anum

Likes

I like the oppurtunities we get here.We have different committee and also every year college organizes moot courts.
The professor are quite helpful here.They will look after all the issues raised by the students.
The enviroment is really good.We Also have a very spacious and great library for students.

Dislikes

Sometimes i feel that our collge classrooms are little small in terms of other colleges.
Our college organizes academic related activites but they don't look after much in terms of cultural activities.
I think college fests and all should be organized by the college authority.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is alao good. The teaching techniques of the teachers are quite well. They tend to solve all the dubts and issues raised. Students can easily go to them if they feel that they are lacking in any particular part.

Short introduction to JSS law college

Likes

Moot court competition , moot court society give is a lot of opportunity to learn the decorum of court
Library is my favorite place its not that big but there are many books we can read
Seminar is there which give us confident to speak in public n crowd

Dislikes

As a non karnataka student sometimes the teacher speak kannada which is very hard to understand
No function is there there is only 3 function in ayear
Hostel food is very bad the mess bill we pay and the food they give does not do justice

There is very less curriculum activities. But there is many competition and moot which is very important for law students is very good we get lot of opportunity to learn. Exam timing is like there is morning shift and afternoon shift

The honest opinion abt Sdm law college

Likes

Great lecturers, especially BBA lecturers are mostly experienced with great teaching methods
Importance given to competition in the college is great and helps in getting a lot of exposure
Special moot trainings have also started recently and this becomes important especially when you are a law student

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not that great as there is a shortage of classrooms
No proper parking facilities are provided as we can't take our cars and only two wheelers are allowed
No campus is there as it's in the middle of the city

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a student of BBA llb and it's mixture of both commerce subjects and law subjects for the period of two years and later on its all law subjects to study. I believe the optional subjects must be made available to students rather than college choosing it for us

IFIM LAW SCHOOL

Likes

First years are encouraged to participate in moot courts from the beginning.
First years are also welcomed to join committees and club from the beginning itself.

Dislikes

The management can be a bit of hectic. Handling them, the whole finance department is a bit complicated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timing is a bit complicated but it is mostly the universities fault. The university has a very unpredictable timetable that is informed at the last moment mostly. The curriculum is completely relevant and applicable to the real world.

Attendance criteria is strict min 75% is required

Placement Experience:

The placements are good some really good companies come for placements however at the end it's all about your capabilities. The students are eligible for placements from 8th or 9th semester and around 8-9 LPA is average

THE BEST'S OF BMS

Likes

The campus is actually really good for a law college
All the facilities are expertise and experienced individuals
There are regular fest and sports activities held throughout the year

Dislikes

The law parking area is not large enough to hold all the law student vehicles but they provide an entire basement for parking in the engineering block

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is really good because there isn't an urgency to find a job when you are finished with the course as you are already a lawyer and you have passed the bar exams. The correction of KSLU is a very strange and strict standard as they will not be willing to give you an extra half a mark to let you clear the exams.

The best college

Likes

Good college with good faculty and good environment for studies
Good infrastructure and good class rooms
Near campus with parking and also good programs

Dislikes

Programs should be increased and also sports
Faculties changes frequently and also high fee
The hostel and it's good is very bad and not tasty

The course is very good opportunity to dive into vast world of education and also get new ideas and the faculties teaching methods are very good and very convincing and it's very simple which helps us a lot

The campus environment is so good , the classrooms , basketball courts & football courts are really appreciable
The faculties are having great experience & free with students

The campus is located in a village and area , outskirts of the city
Campus is really good but the locality is not safe

The curriculum is perfectly molded for a law student, it covers all legal aspects & the modern laws and knowledge about law. The syllabus is completed on time. The exams are perfectly set up & difficulty level is medium for a law student.

IFIM Law School - Utilise the Opportunities

Likes

The faculties here at IFIM are highly educated and are also very friendly. One on one mentorship is provided and it helps in figuring out our weakness and work on them.
There are opportunities present in abundance. There are various committees and projects through which you can grow your social as well as professional network. All the committees here are student run committees, utilising these chances are a must.

Dislikes

Campus is not a very huge campus that you imagine. It's a small campus and it gets crowded due to various different schools running in the same campus

Placement Experience:

At IFIM the Internships and Placements Committee has maintained a record of providing 100% internships to their students. The committee does provide long term assessment internships to the final year students to secure a PPO. At IFIM we focus solely on the talent of the student and henceforth internships are important. Campus placements are a thing that IFIM is still working on and with the coming days even that would start at IFIM Law School
