Talking about my university, faculties are the best , they are very friendly , accademically its good ,
Every year tuition fee increase due to the course value and all the scholarships are available at oru university best college to join for medical field courses and all other course are available at our university
The college campus is very clean very good herbal garden good opd setups and good number of patients

Dislikes

Some times the hostel food in college is very bad to eat
Programs are very less in this college and this is one of the worst thing in this college
There is no much leave here so it was difficult to go hometown.i dont like it.

My experience in Yenepoya

Likes

All the class rooms are equipped with proper air conditioners
The infrastructure of the campus is very well built
The programmes and celebrations are done in very well manner

Dislikes

The teachers are very egocentric we can't ask anything as it hurts there ego
The campus is very small in area its just a building
No football ground or sports grounds are there in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was presented very well they provided all types of information. They give you proper information on what not to do and what to do. The curriculum is very well written.they can improve by adding more practical classes. The exams are at the more difficult side of the spectrum. We have 2 semesters per year.

The classes are fully airconditioned and clean
The college infrastructure is great in our campus

There is no campus life it feels like a school rather than college
The faculties are not that experienced in term of subjects

The curriculum includes almost every aspect of the microbiology and it is certainly helpful in real world applications like laboratory, research projects and industrial researchs.the exams and syllabus are hastily done.teaching facilities should be more experienced .ex

Life in Yenepoya

Likes

Hospital facilities, free bill and lab tests
The food from lotus, the evening vibe in campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of this course Masters in Medical Biochemistry is similar to 1st year MBBS syllabus in the first year. We have exams at the end of first and third year and internal exams in between them. There is no university exams in the second year.

Likes

The programs at the college are very well done
The campus infrastructure is very modern and student friendly
The laboratories are equipped with all kinds of equipments

Dislikes

The campus is very small in area there is only a basketball ground and the campus building
To take a leave from hostel you have to go to the swo take signature from swo and signature of warden and also need signature of class advisor it is a very long process
The teachers behave really arrogantly and are very egotistical.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in genetic engineering so to attempt for that course I have to have degree in bsc microbiology with biotechnology. The curriculum prepares you very well for the real world as they focus really well on practical classes and theory classes also . The curriculum could be improved by adding few internship experiences. The exams are of moderate difficulty if you prepare for them properly you can score really well but marking is really strict.

The things i liked is college life. The laboratories. The faculty members etc..
And the facilities inside our laboratory
And the way they treat us and placement and infrastructure

Dislikes

Some of the programs conducting by the club are not good
And some faculty's are not treating students equally
Some of the exams are difficult and some faculties will not give proper notes

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is there for our course and college based on our skills. The members from other company visit our college and visit the student's and based on the skills they will recruit the students to their company's for experience and jobs I dont know the packages offered by the companys because now i am in 2nd year i got to know about this from my seniors There is high percentage of students are selected for this campus placement My plan is to do research on my course biotechnology

I like the people I have met there in college and my classmates and the faculties out there.
In my there is more number of boys and they are so good with us and they support me at everything.
They assistance for placement and internship.

Dislikes

The campus is not as much good in infrastructure.
It is new building and it’s not yet constructed fully .

I choose logistic and supply chain management with BBA because I saw this course on online and I research about this and had an interest on this course.At the moment I decided to pursue this course and this course is not that familiar at that time and I had difficulty to find the perfect college.

There is 3 football turfs available for students
Classrooms are well air conditioned and there are smart boards available in classrooms .

The faculty is more strict compared to other colleges
It is lit bit far way from the town area.

I have chosen this course mainly because of the number of job opportunities it provides and to work as a social worker .this course helped me in understanding the methods and functions of a social worker in which a social worker should perform in a community or in any other settings in the society.

I liked the college class rooms . Smart classes are very useful . We can utilize class room facilities to study well.
I liked facilities . They are very friendly and experienced. We can understand their classes very well.
I liked about campus placements . Many IT companies will comes to colleges for campus placements.

Dislikes

I disliked about the college life . Our campus is very small compared to other campuses of yenepoya.
Food provided from hostel is littile bit borring . They almost provide everyday same food items.
There is no play ground in the campus . It effects sports very well

Our college have collaboration with IBM , TCS etc . IT giants like IBM and TCS will come for campus placements and took interviews. But if we have skill we will get campus placements and also many IT companies will visit our campus and provide interviews.

The campus and the surroundings is very neat and clean.
The faculties are freindly and they help us in studies
The college canteen is awesome.. The food in there is very tasty

Dislikes

The campus is actually small. There is no enough space for sitting. Only a small garden is there
The college is not visible from the road side
The timing of hostel bus delays sometimes after class

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the college will start placement interviews.students are eligible for placements on their 5th sem onwards.Iam currently on my 2nd semester. Infosys, ibm, tcs are the main companys came here for hiring. The package offered here is 3.5lakhs per anum.
