CUSAT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I was happy that I was in this college,as most of my time here I enjoyed studying and acknowledging the knowledge of the core subject area. I am satisfied with the holistic approach towards inculcating educational strategy and understanding the core domain of the management.

There is all the positive aura, as well as the premises, were really clean and hygienic and good. I really felt happy while studying here and even after I passed out from this college my teachers are still in contact and still support me.

Some times there are unnecessary strikes which hinder studies. The campus has some political parties and there is sometimes rivalry between different branches which sometimes cause fights. There have been various times when police have had to enter to calm things down. But its all cool.

Good teaching faculties. Drinking water is provided to us. Labs are very useful to us. Gym is not opened for the students. College is located near to a pond, so fresh wind and air obtained. Bus facilities are provided

Positive side is that the School of Engineering CUSAT is well equipped with amenities and infrastructure but CUCEK lacks miles behind like a college we see in 90's films. Even basic facilities aren't there. Major part of the fund is spent for SOE, while the fund to CUCEK are scammed by authorities and officials so that development is still a dream for them.

The college has got a very massive campus. The celebration never gonna end here daily there will be something to celebrate. The lab facilities are good when compared to other colleges but can be improved much more.

CUSAT is the one great university of Kerala which provides great exposure to its students. There are more than 30 departments and more than 9000 students study at the university. This is one of the best universities of India with NAAC accreditation, rankings and many other awards till date.

The college is situated in a small village so we will have to spend a lot of time and money interns of transportation,it's really difficult to reach their. This is the only problem I could find apart from this college is just superb awesome

Politics is a little bit negative issue in the college reducing the number of classes of attendance of students.It is considered as the main negative remark about CUSAT. If there was no party politics,CUSAT would have become par/higher than the level of NIT&IIT by now.

Our college is pretty much good in academics and extra curricular activities. But the college authorities are not that good in promoting extra curricular activities. They are keen on academics only. But they are not able to provide good faculties though.
