There is 100% placement for MBA courses with an average salary of around 20 lakh per annum. Last year students would be eligible for placement sessions. Many reputed companies like BCG, JP Morgon & chase, etc would be visited on our campus.

Finals placements happens at the end of the fifth term i.e in the December end of January starting of 2nd year of college life. However, this time due to pandemic the placement season was little delayed and it happened in the starting week of February. Highest package can reach up to Rs 55 lakhs and average is around Rs 22 lakhs, both of which is yearly CTC. Since it is top institute all the 100% student gets placed in the process.

I choose IIM K over other colleges because of the location that has such a scenic environment, it is one of the oldest colleges and convenient for me to travel, the student-faculty ratio, and its partnership with international institutes.

IIM Kozhikode has one of the most splendid placement records among the management institutes of the country. Job opportunities from sectors such as consultancy, IT, FMCG, manufacturing, etc are offered to students from prestigious business organizations. The average package is approximately 26.7 lacs per annum and the highest goes up to 58.1 lacs per annum as per the latest records.

The institute has an impeccable placement record as compared to the top b schools of the country. Reputed recruiters such as Hindustan Unilever, Boston consulting group, etc come for placements regularly. The average package here is 27.6 lacs per annum and the highest goes up to 56.2 lacs per annum as per the latest records.

Campus placements are good at the end of the semester there are companies coming to the college to hire students. Companies like the Ey, Deloitte, Infosys, Samsung, Vivo, Google, etc select 30 students each for placements.

From term 4 start students are eligible for Campus Placements through PPO. Companies visited are BCG, Bain, GS, JPMC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, Accenture etc. Average Package is around 23 lakhs P.A, but a good chunk of that can be attributed to variable pay. Dont know the highest amount. Plans after getting the degree are to work for a few years.

The preparation for placement starts in the first term. Multiple rounds of mock GD and PI are organised to make the student's placement ready. This year IIMK witnessed 100 percent placement in 5 days for the 413 students. Top recruiters were Deloitte, BCG, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, ABinbev, TAS etc.
