Entertainments provided in the campus is quite good, provides relaxation in this stressfull period
Faculty members are very good behaviour and experienced .they are intract with students very well.so easily teach portions.also doing works and assignments easily because of the way of study.very good work and sincere members.
The course fee is25380 per year .there is many scholarship available for financial support like mcm e grand .

Dislikes

I dont like some teachers who always come to scrollevery one and bad at teaching
We are staying at the oldest hostel here.the facilities provided are very poor and talking about food it is okayish.we are staying 6 members in a room with limited facilities to stdy and all.
All trees in the campus were cut ,that is cause very much trouble

The Hectic college days

Likes

I really appreciate the sincere effort imposed by each and every faculty members for the welfare and the academic improvement of each student's
The college have good infrastructure with excellent atmosphere and good cleanliness
The college life was awesome with good clean and peaceful environment, the college life also teaches us to how to engage with public

Dislikes

Giving a lot of assignments and corrections in the file is stressful
Not have a well equipped ground for encouraging sports activities
Giving high Focus to academics rather than the extracurricular activities activities to be

The reason for choosing nursing is due to the shortage of Nurses nowadays and the thrive to serve humanity beings and to help them to survive in their difficult situations which lead me to choose this career

My college life

Likes

The things that i liked here are the library
The system of teaching and taking classes
The ambience of the classes and the way of teaching

Dislikes

There os no thing in this campus that i disliked that much
The food that is serving in the canteen is not that much worthy
The teaching way of some of the teachers .

The curriculum prepares us well for the real-world applications or further academic pursuits.there are areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods.especially in the clinical methods.

The eminent prestigious medical college of south india

Likes

Interesting course and college with lots of highly skilled and talented faculties that provide seamless flow of knowledge and expertise
Beautiful and big college campus with almost 270 acres spread in Central township
Special priority to pe and health education with grounds am facilities for more than a dozen of games

Dislikes

Campus is still have issues with outside population and need to be closed
Waste disposal and campus cleanliness needs more care and work
Hostels and buildings are obsolete and needs refurbishment

My sister took mbbs which have always strongly influenced me ,along with me having always a thirst for knowledge As a ug student I'm not that well prepared for the outside world in the treatment of patients since it is a delicate field and need more years of experience Usual sem exams alongwith university exams un the final, the exams are moderate to difficult level and need a hardwork to clear

Bitter truth about college

Likes

Nice college campus and very friendly staff and doctors
Infrastructure is good now but was not back then
Patient exposure is good and the cases are different

Dislikes

The admin was not good and their behaviour towards students
They claimed more money in the name of special fees
They always had reasons to take money and always put fines which we find difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching methods are good and very much understandable and the curriculum is good too. We are really happy with the curricular activities and the faculties really play an important role in this and is very very nice

I liked the faculty and their attitude towards pupil and my college did have some experienced staffs at the time of joinging but some the ratio is a little bit less to be precise
I loved the freedom the college provided me and the encouragement from the management for various programs other than academics
The college was sort of a student friendly one but lacked infrastructure at the time of joining but now the college is working on i

I didnt totally likes the campus at the time of joining.
I had difficulty coping with the long distance and lack of leave
I had difficulty adjusting to the new syllabus and the year back system which every bds colleges had

Course Curriculum Overview:

BDS course compare to MBBS seems more comfortable for me as you dont have to go through any emergency call duty or night shifts or anything.The medical field where you will get a 8 to max 7 working hour like an office job and you do get paided well if you have the skill and communication skill.The curriculum has changed now , the curriculum i followed has improved a lot with more specifications and life skills thats required for a doctor/dentist to survive the outside competition. More focus on practical contents like crown cutting and access opening should be provided as that is the competitive content you need outside. I frequently got exams coming one after another which was a good thing that made me fast and more adapted to the main exam.

Likes

In our college we have good faculties .
They provide good classes and notes for us.
We are celebrating all kind of programmes in our college.

Dislikes

Our campus is not big enough to explore.
We have no seperate labs for all departments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our syllabus is very wast.But it is very helpful for us. This couse helps to perform in a society when a disease or pandemic that happening. Syllabus can be minimize .sometimes it is very difficult to study and manage things.

Nice College

Likes

Majority of the department staffs are very friendly
College has a decent patient flow, therefore better exposure to clinical practices
Extracurricular activities like arts, sports, festival celebrations, intercollege fest are a plus point of this college

Dislikes

Hostel infrastructure should be improved, not enough space
Latest technologies in dentistry should not given much access to UG students.
Some departments need further improvement in their infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Its hight time to revise the curriculum. There are quota requirements in curriculum... Which is actually good. Curriculum should definitely include recent advances in dentistry. Frequency and timing of exams are ok to follow.

Complete Review of BAMS Course in Mannan Ayurveda college,Pandalam by a former student of 2019 batch

Management approach towards students are good and kind
Good and peaceful environment as the campus is inside 100acre area
Parking area for students vehicle are provided

Dislikes

Teacher's are worst and arrogant with head weight
Teacher's are less experienced and teaches less
a travel of 2km is the nearest town to college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The latest course curriculum is good as they provide 20 MCQ in every 100 mark paper,so it had become much easy for students to pass the exam. The sloka is mandatory in exams which is a drawback that finds too much time consumption to students and the Sanskrit language is also very difficult. Each exams have 3hrs which is sufficient as only 80 marks questions need to be written reaming 20 marks are MCQ

Likes

Faculties and facilities are best and good
Studying materials are very usefull and have enough content
Environment is calm and so relaxing to study

Dislikes

Class starts at 7 30 its very stressing to wake Early morning
No programs such as film promotion and stress relief programs
Have too much to study more and more exam

Placement Experience:

I dont know because I'm just going to enter 3rd semester my Senior friends who have passed out have got placement i dont know in detail about it because my parents discussed with teachers i dont know about that

Mount zion medical College - Happy place to study

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is good with multiple floor for different departments.
The boys to girls ratio is 60:90. The college is students friendly with minimum restrictions
The faculties of all department are very helpful and helps to understand the concept.

Dislikes

The college is behind in the sports field with low quality football ground, volleyball court etc
There is restrictions for entering the hostel for both boys and girls.
The programmes conducted by the college is low compared to other medical colleges in kerala.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are not applicable in this type of course as the further higher studies are got through entrance exam. If one qualify the entrance examination he or she get admission for the pg course . The allotment procedures are same as that of ug admission .Top rank students get admission in top medical colleges in India or kerala.
