The qualifications of the faculties are great and faculty -to-student ratio is satisfiable.
It offers an average placement of 25 lpa but highest package of 1.95cr which is much better than many top iits.
I liked the environment of the college. it is covered in beautiful greenery

Dislikes

Academic are tough to handle and working members of campus is rude
Course curriculum is not very hectic but this course will not help you for placement and curriculum does not provide any real world application.
Even if it includes the name management but there is a lack of management

It is a top government institute. It is the oldest IIIT and highly acclaimed. Only specializes in Information Technology. It is NAAC grade A certificate. It is an institute of national importance. It has a nice campus and amazing infrastructure. It has all PhD faculty. Average package is 13lpa. Good reviews and feedbacks on Quora and other websites. Close to Delhi. Gwalior is a good city, well balanced

My Reviews on Academics and College at IIIT Gwalior

Remarks:

Being an autonomous institute the College management are responsible for any changes and amendments. They are mostly supportive. At times, it may be tough to take the issue up. But overall things that management do benefit the students a lot. Also, they hear you for sure.

Placement Experience:

The students of final year are eligible for the placement ICCIC Bank, HDFC bank, Infosys , Karvy, Sharekhan, etc are few There is almost 90 % placement.

Admission:

I took admission in this college on the basis of my marks in GATE entrance examination which is taken through ccmt that is centralised counselling for M tech norms. The marking and admission is totally fair.

My journey of Institute of Information Technology and Management (IITM))

Admission:

Students first have to clear JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) and after that students have to choose ABV - IITM Gwalior during the counselling process. On the basis of their choice and rank in JEE test the admission is offered to the students in IPG (Integrated Post Graduate) programme.

MY COLLEGE

Admission:

Go to college for admission on online platform, select college from list of colleges, we got college based on 12th mark and IT entrance exam. I chose this course because I want to pursue my career in engineering and coding. I also wanted to be like my brother, so I followed him. I like coding, but I also want to learn new techniques. After selecting the college, we will find out whether this particular college is available based on the marks in the 12th and IT exams. Fees must be credited to confirm a seat in the college

IIITM Gwalior is a reputed technological institute with decent placement record. The placements are especially good for CS/IT branches. Students from non-IT branches also get placements in IT companies. IIITM Gwalior placements concluded with an average CTC of INR 16.85 LPA. Google, Dell, Mathworks, Samsung, and Amazon were the major recruiting participants in the placement drive.

Academics are pretty good at the institute. It has an excellent faculty pool. Most of the faculty members have completed their PhDs. IIITM G has an active coding culture on campus. Seniors teach the nitty-gritty of coding through the coding club - AASF club. There are regular program contests and quizzes.
