Lab facility is very good. teachers are very nice and friendly.
Best lecture halls to study here and best facilities like indoor sports complex with olympic size swimming pool.
Placements and internship opportunities are great here. great coding culture and supportive environment by seniors.

Dislikes

The mess is too far from the hostels is also one thing i disliked i need to rush to college from mess if mess is near it would be better
I hated the power cuts in my college which occurs sometimes at night which disturbs my sleep
The mess food on few days of week is very bad.

THE COLLEGE IIT INDORE

Likes

The college and the people i met here are really good
The faculty and the schedule is very stress free

Dislikes

Food is not that good, it is good but im a south indian and the food served here is north indian
The bus facilites in the campus is less it is difficult to walk through campus. The campus is huge
The campus is far from the city. Around 20+ kms

Course Curriculum Overview:

My couse is Computer science engineering(CSE) I dont know much about the course because in IIT's there will be common subject for all the students so that students can slide the branch, from second year the core branch subjects will be started. So from next year i will get to know about the branch

Insights of IIT Indore

Likes

Iit indore have a very glamorous campus life
It have a very good sports infrastructure and a very good swimming pool.
Good availablity of food outlets in the campus.

Dislikes

Gender ratio is a bit low as seen in most of the engineering colleges
Double occupancy in hostel is one of the problem.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is based on the new education policy and it well defined. It is flexible for students and it can really be beneficial for students in long run. The course instructor are also very good and friendly

Dislikes

Hostel facilities from year 2023, single occupancy is changed to doukle occupancy
Mess food filled with insects and tasteless as well

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 7th semester. Companies that visited our college are BPL ,Accenture, mercedes, samsung, amzon, quant, tcs, goldmansacks. Highest package is of 1cr average package is of 16 lakhs. Around 40% people get placed on campus. To work for an ambitious company.

100 percent placements will be done. avg will be around 12lpa for mechnaical. in the 7th semester you are eligible to attend an interview. after the 8th semester you get an offer letter from the campany

About my college life

Likes

In class room full ac.all classrooms are clean and hygiene.
Hostels are the heaven.in hostels there are so many facilities.
So many food stalls are there in my campus.like dominos,rooster,fries and buns,amul,etc..

Dislikes

Actually it is 500 acres campus but the constitution is happened in 200 acres.
Exams pattern and exams are the difficult and lengthy questions they will give.
Our campus is far from the city.when we want to weekend holiday we have to travel a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed civil department.for choosing this department is mainly 2 reason.if we want government job we can try government job.or if you don't want government job you want to join in the it sector job . simply you can apply for non core jobs like cse type jobs.

i like the faccilites like the lecture hall the library and the sports
i like the food they provide also since most of the food is healthy one
i like the surrounding as well as the character of the faculty

Dislikes

for the functionality of taking class there a bit disturbance in the schedule
also most of the time we donot get to interact with the faculty
nothing else i only appreciate everything since im satisfy with all

Placement Experience:

student become eligible for placements from seventh semester onward. notable companies visited the campus like google, microsoft, amazon, tata service and many more. the number of offer were varies anually

IIT Indore lifestyle

Likes

IIT Indore have a very good Campus life .
Faculties are very skilled and have a vast amount of knowledge.
IIT Indore have one of the best infrastructure among the colleges.

Dislikes

One of the thing is double occupancy of our hostels.
As campus is under construction so it is a bit dusty.
Gender ratio among IIT is low which is one of the common problem among engineering colleges.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th year. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Google, Dshaw, Flipkart and many other companies visit the campus for placement and offers made by them average upto 18-20 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed are above 90%. I would like to get a job experience for atleast 2 years and then go for higher studies.

WE CAN'T HIDE THE DARK REALITY

FACULTY, CLUBS,SPORTS, LIBRARY WITH MANY SYSTEMS AND BOOKS.
FOOD COURTS,FRUIT SHOPS,EVRYTHING WILL BE AVAILABLE IN COLLEGE LIKE CAFEE,TEA POST.

Dislikes

FOOD IN MESS THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE SPICYNESS AND SOUTHERN FOOD
NO COOLER IN THE HOSTELS IN SUMMER IT MAKES UNCOMFORTABILITY IN THE HOSTELS.
NO AVAILABILITY OF SINGLE BEDROOM IN THE HOSTELS

Placement Experience:

AFTER THE 6TH OR 7TH SEMESTER STUDENTS WILL BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENTS.GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, TESLA, AMAZON, ZOMATO, TATA, MAHINDRA ARE THE COMPANIES THAT VISIT THE CAMPUS.70LPA HIGHEST PACKAGE,25LPA AVERAGE PACKAGE. TOP RECRUITERS ARE AMAZON, ZOMATO, AND MICROSOFT.90 PERCENT OF STUDENTS ARE GETTING PLACED THE REMAINING STUDENTS WILL GO FOR MTECH, PHD.TO JOIN IN A COMPANY

Life at IITI

Likes

The campus facilities are great and cover all the things one might need be it sports or technology.
The campus life is great especially the night life as the campus is very pretty.
Studies are up to the mark and placements are quite good.

Dislikes

There is some construction going on so amount of dust in the air has increased.
It is a new campus so trees are young and so the shade and greenery is a bit less.

Placement Experience:

Students get placements(on campus) in 7th semester out of 8. Off campus placements can be received in 3rd year. I don't remeber all the names but there are big companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, etc. Each company provides many jobs. Highest package as of this year is 64 lpa (on campus) and average package for CSE branch is 30 lpa. Percentage of students getting placements in 94%. My plans after getting the degree is doing a job in IT sector.
