Faculty is very good who provides you best and better knowledge
Bvdu offers multiple choice of companies to its students as bvdu is one of the best university and provide the best placements to big tech companies like college dunia hcl, del, mahindra and mahindra upgrade, and many more.
Tution fee increased by 5% every year it costs almost about 28-30 lakhs for entire degre some scholarship for ews is available a very good internship programme is available which doesn't have any stipends but experience gained is worth it.

Dislikes

Other than fest ,clubs,sports there is no extra curricular we can do.
They don?? conduct extracurricular activities weekly
The overall cost of education is high. Strict regulations for attendance.

Likes

The campus is good, ig the only thing i like very much, it's lush green everywhere
Teachers are umm... Like fair enough some are good some are not upto the mark
Canteen is very good, food is great .. many items are available

Dislikes

Most of the teachers are Marathi and there's so much partiality between the Marathi and non Marathi students
Library is advertised very good but when u got to see it's not .. the studying Room there feels like fish market.. no silence, everyone just blabbering
Hostels are the baddest for boys but girl hostels are great

Placement Experience:

Placement is good like many companies visit. But the selected candidates are very low like there's a company ICON , here 410 candidates applied and only 6 got selected... So this thing is poor and also the average package is also around 4 to 5 lpa only so yeah placement is I'll say rough ..

New law college Pune, good or bad

Likes

The teaching staff is very friendly and helps in doubt clarification.
The fees is quite affordable and it is actually worth it.
The college promotes and supports other extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

The size of the law college campus is very small.
There has been no painting and renovation of the college building since a very long time.
The placement cell is not operating properly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is absolutely perfect as it helps gather knowledge slowly but steadily each and every semester and it helps learn the subject of law in a more efficient way. Compared to other colleges the new law college course curriculum is way better.

There's antiragging campus . So it's saffer for all boys and. Girls
It has the best equipment in the lab which is best opportunity for this field
Faculty members are so polite and helpful towards each student

More number of students in single batch.
Wearing uniform only one day in a week..

Our college gives placement after bsc and msc both but very less people choose jobs after bsc and very less company comes . After msc company of aboard also comes in our campus for placement. This time one girl of our college is placed in aboard

There no campus life becouse the campus is very small
The hostel facility is not adequate. The hostels are only for first year students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant according to our degree. It is quite helpful.The subjects of law teaches us to analyse the situation in real world.Oir curriculum also includes moot courts which help in dealing with different situations and give good experience of court. The exam is not very difficult. The level of difficulty is medium.

BVP law school, a feasible option for law

Fee structure, makes the course very affordable, even less than NLUs
The location of the college is in the middle of the city, the facilities around are college are easily available such as mess. Pg etc
There are practising advocates, teaching law subjects, there field knowledge is impeccable

Dislikes

The infrastructure is really old, desperately needs renovation
The basics of law school such as legal databases are scares, and the library is not well equipped
The college is mostly concentrated towards studies there are barely any other events for cultural

The curriculum is very well defined with all the subjects of any other law school in the country, the part the intrigued me the most is corporate law. The curriculum does prepare you for the legal world, as there is great emphasis on interpretation of law, and understanding bare acts Areas the college could improve upon is bring better faculty for the management subjects. The frequency of exams is normal, mid sem of 20 marks and the end sem of 60 marks, there is adequate time provided for the preparation of end sem, the schedule is mostly relaxed of end sem

Canteen was really good, various variety of veg and non-veg food was available
Library was a good place to study and concentrate
Ground area was very big to take a stroll

Too much academic pressure was put as there were exams every 2 weeks
There were no events held through out the 3 years
Very bad placement cell, no opportunities for placement at all

The curriculum was not up to date at all, the languages taught are outdated, I had to persue courses from institutions to gain experience. Very little practical knowledge was given in each subject, the subjects were taught from theory point of view

The bes collage ever.

The canteen of the collage have a huge variety.
The faculty of the collage is very cooperative.
The crowd from diffrent parts of delhi is very good.

The college don’t give holidays like other collages
The college over its semester in 5 months only.which creates burden on students.

Likes

Teaching method is good and provides with notes.
Faculties are well experienced and provides us lot of knowledge.
Theory is well thaught here. We have very clear concepts about theory.

Dislikes

Pratical knowledge is less in our college
Should provide with our own college building
Girls to boys ratio is 1.5:1 in our college

Usually specific thing about our curriculum I like was eye disease and treatment part. Usually this curriculum really prepares good as we apply disease and treatment part directly to day to life. I think curriculum should be more detailed like include surgery part also.

More Practical sessions are taken by the faculty
They give the students best internship centres

The 75 percent attendance of the students
50 percent marks in the every exams semisters and internals
College timing 10 to 5 and the back in exams

Placement Experience:

From after a internship after the fourth year the students become eligible for the campus placement. Titan eye care lenskart are the companies visited. 10 students in 30 average gets the placement. My plans after getting the degree is to go abroad and explore more about my course and to take the More education in this field.

The Best Optometry college of India

Likes

The way of teaching of the faculty in the college,their skills and knowledge is to good to be true.
Various workshops happening regularly in the college.
Studies along with extracurricular activities make the best experience.

Dislikes

Less of practical based teaching(hands on patient).
The premises needs to be improved,else everything works.
Less cultural and social functions,which needs to be done as every other graduation colleges.

The curriculum followed here is the best for someone who is passionate about optometry and the best about the course is that u don't have to examine the patients but also can prescribe them medicines for so. The frequency of each exam is 1.5 months in between two units. The difficulty level of the exams is accurate enough as per the teaching and one can easily pass the exams if they follow the course with dedication.

I have a friend who completed his engineering program from BVDU, Pune back in 2018. Here is a brief overview of the college based on his experience at the institute.

Campus- The campus is beautiful. Before it became deemed to be a university it used to be among the best colleges under PU.
College life- Academic-wise, the practical portion is generally neglected. BVDU follows the PU submission pattern, so you'll be compelled to finish your assignments before the deadline.
Crowd- My friend mentioned that due to the crowd, BVDU always stood superior to the IITs in Pune because here you would come across people who belong to diverse backgrounds and mindsets. This diversification shapes your personality.
Faculty- It is pretty average. But for someone who carries a thirst to learn, they would not be disappointed. The HOD and professors are no doubt excellent. But the biggest drawback is that they don’t put in 100% effort.
Placements- In case you're someone with excellent coding skills, the companies that show up may give you a chance, Students from ECE, IT, CS has decent placement record. You can try to work on your communication skills, build your LinkedIn network and contribute your work in the final year. The average salary received by students was 7 LPA while the highest package was 54 LPA.

All in all, it may not be the best college in Pune, but you'd come across several people from different backgrounds and the faculty quality is also good. You can definitely consider it as an option.
