Faculty is very good who provides you best and better knowledge
Bvdu offers multiple choice of companies to its students as bvdu is one of the best university and provide the best placements to big tech companies like college dunia hcl, del, mahindra and mahindra upgrade, and many more.
Tution fee increased by 5% every year it costs almost about 28-30 lakhs for entire degre some scholarship for ews is available a very good internship programme is available which doesn't have any stipends but experience gained is worth it.

Dislikes

Other than fest ,clubs,sports there is no extra curricular we can do.
They don?? conduct extracurricular activities weekly
The overall cost of education is high. Strict regulations for attendance.

IMED COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

The faculty are very supportive and understanding here.
The library are of two types e library class and library lab

Dislikes

The campus is too small we had only one building for four courses here

About Placement there is less amount of opportunities and placement starts from last year of college. Mostly people persuading Higher education after bachelors mostly 10-15 students get placed here and others don't.. and average package is 2,00,000 lpa and highest yest to be discovered for me but is 18,00,000 lpa .

Friendly environments for the students in the campus
Professors are very supportive in nature.
Biotech labs are well equipped and neat & clean

Dislikes

scholarships are not provided to students
Hostels are suited as per charge, highly congested
Higher university curriculum fee with extra charges

Placement Experience:

As per my seniors the placemets are good. Reputed companies provide the placement to the students. Professors helps in placing at good place and also motivate for the research orientation. Average package were 2l-3l.

Likes

Campus, people ,teachers, course , Dean and many parts of it
The teachers are great and know what they are teaching
The value provided via the teachers is great and very beneficial

Dislikes

The gender ratio is a little skewed and many other colleges are great
The semester fees is a little more than compared to other colleges
I usually have problems with attendance percentage because they are strict

The course is great the way it's thought is very good might go a little easy on engineering drawing and various subjects but when it comes to core subjects it's very good and should be used by other colleges aswell

I like about college is infrastructure, helpful teachers, strict exams
As well as multiple Events that college provide to students every year
Teachers helps alot in development building and guidance to students

Dislikes

Everything is fine and good nothing to dislike about college

Placement Experience:

After 2nd semester students are eligible for placement drive HUL, Mahindra Finance, Bharat Forge, HDFC 6 to 9 Lpa they offered to students Almost 90% students get placed in placement drive My plans after the degree to do job atleast 3 to 5 years and after then I'll build up a start-ups

Likes

The area in which the college is spread.
It has indias biggest liberay offline and online.
Our college help us in placement and provide good assistance

Dislikes

Placement cell doesn't allowed to sit in other placment drive if you have selected in one
Our college has a common passage from front to back gate of college
There are so many college in this university

About placement of college or average as 60% of the students are place this year and I have got the placement of 5.4 lpa but in not a developer roll button in BD development executive role and companies like IBM messenger m dogs learn flu and Tata technologies also

Likes

Classes are well maintained along with walls
AC are there and working well in summers
Playground is there and sports facilities are there

Dislikes

Teachers does not provide with the notes
Attendance is not well maintained for each students
clubs are not there like drama , fun clubs like dance

Course Curriculum Overview:

Travelling issue is not there , campus is good and well maintained annually PTM should be there for development of students. boys hostel is not there so they should have to create boys hostel just to avoid inconvience

One thing which I liked about is there faculty .Yes I am saying this because I thought this college was not good but believe me there faculty is the best
The seniors are of welcoming nature, no biased thing is there and they also respect you
Yes one thing which is not good is there infrastructure ..they need to do a little more

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very normal .. only a building
There is no ground or mat given by college to play kabbadi

One thing which is great in our college is that it will give you many opportunities such as moot court ,trial advocacy and many more things And about exams I must say that you have to study for it then only you will get marks Total marks is of 100 divided in 60:40 40 marks internal and 60 marks external

The faculties are way much supportive and educated.
So many clubs are available for every student that provides good opportunity
Events and seminars are held on regular basis some of them are worth.

Dislikes

Campus size is too small and classrooms are also not big enough
No canteen available in the campus because of the size of campus. They tell that printing facilities are available but they do not provide any
Timing are worst, full day till 4:30 you have to attend lectures

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester student are Eglible for placements and mandatory interships are also there percentage of students placed is low around 20% are getting placed beacuse of the culture and timing of the college. Highest package was 10lpa and average is 5lpa not so many companies visit in the campus. Most of the unknown companies visit.

Things I liked is the infrastructure and also the event
The staff is good and also supportive and understanding

Dislikes

The college is lacking in having a food court
The college is started but is still under construction
Top floors are non accessible to students that is the construction is not completed

So there is one committee named placement cell which looks into all the placement section and also the placement rounds are made available for TY AND LY and also volenteering is made available for FY and SY so.... And for others who have business ideas there is one E cell for them

Life at BVDU, Mumbai

Likes

Good, modern infrastructure and high tech computer labs
Great teaching faculty with good teaching techniques
Really good AICTE approved syllabus that mainly focuses only onto core subject

Dislikes

Very bad student crowd as there are no entrance exam qualifications
High fees does not include examination fees
No industrial visits, entire syllabus is mainly theory based and also includes few practicals

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose my course by looking at the increasing demand in the IT fields and industries. My curriculum trains us very well by conducting practicals in each subject. Also mini projects are a part of the curriculum which expose us to the real world challenges. There is only one field where in improvements are necessary that the college must conduct industrial visits. The college conducts unit test after every two months. And a semester exam at the end

I have a friend who completed his engineering program from BVDU, Pune back in 2018. Here is a brief overview of the college based on his experience at the institute.

Campus- The campus is beautiful. Before it became deemed to be a university it used to be among the best colleges under PU.
College life- Academic-wise, the practical portion is generally neglected. BVDU follows the PU submission pattern, so you'll be compelled to finish your assignments before the deadline.
Crowd- My friend mentioned that due to the crowd, BVDU always stood superior to the IITs in Pune because here you would come across people who belong to diverse backgrounds and mindsets. This diversification shapes your personality.
Faculty- It is pretty average. But for someone who carries a thirst to learn, they would not be disappointed. The HOD and professors are no doubt excellent. But the biggest drawback is that they don’t put in 100% effort.
Placements- In case you're someone with excellent coding skills, the companies that show up may give you a chance, Students from ECE, IT, CS has decent placement record. You can try to work on your communication skills, build your LinkedIn network and contribute your work in the final year. The average salary received by students was 7 LPA while the highest package was 54 LPA.

All in all, it may not be the best college in Pune, but you'd come across several people from different backgrounds and the faculty quality is also good. You can definitely consider it as an option.
