The NMIMS campus in Mumbai is better than the Shirpur campus. The following are the reasons for the same:

It is the NMIMS university's main campus.
All of the important committees that represent the college, such as ENACTUS and MUN, are present.
The campus is located in a prominent Mumbai suburb. Nearby are a beach, a mall, a temple, a mosque, and some fantastic restaurants and cafés such as Prithvi Café.
If you stay in a hostel, you will not be disappointed with the cafeteria food; it is just delicious. In addition, the surrounding street food is excellent.
Better faculty in comparison.
The Shirpur campus is virtually sealed off from the rest of the city, and you are not permitted to leave the campus regularly. There are no such constraints here.
The only issue with the Mumbai campus is that if you imagined your college sprawling across acres of space with luscious green grass all over it, you will be disappointed.
I'm not sure about this, but I've heard that both campuses' placements are handled through the Mumbai campus solely.

Review of NMIMS MPSTME Mumbai Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for BTech mechanical engineering. The faculty student ratio in 1:40 in theory lectures and 1:20 in practicals. Faculties are well qualified in their respective fields, each of them holding a PhD or pursuing PhD. They have numerous research papers published both national as well as international. The term end exams were moderate. Few subjects were difficult whereas the rest were comparatively easy

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is holistic and state of the art. Contemporary subjects were introduced while pursuing the course. The academics and the passing criteria is a little tougher than Mumbai University but the teachers are very supportive and helpful.Attendance criteria is stringent as well and the institution thrives on making their students work to the best of their abilities and become polished aluninis.
