The faculty of this college I personally found great. College life is known as one of the most memorable years of one's life. It is entirely different from school life. College life exposes us to new experiences and things that we were not familiar with earlier. For some people, college life means enjoying life to the fullest and partying hard. While for others, it is time to get serious about their career and study thoroughly for a brighter future. And I personally enjoying my college life while studying. Even I explored lots of things. College confuct fest and many other programs.

It is autonomous college it is one of the most well known college in Mumbai it has a placement and teaching method all faculties are good it has 13 branches UMIT has been approved by the apex bodies like the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). It envisages an educational complex with state of the art laboratories, workshops and computer centre equipped with the latest equipment. It also envisions close liaison with the Industry and handling live Industry Projects as part of the curriculum. The curriculum has been designed to embrace modern developments in the field of technology to equip the students to face the challenges of the Industry.

Usha Mittal Institute of Technology provides an opportunity for the better career for girls. It is a college associated with SNDT Women's university. This actually changed my mind and I took Admission here.

I give 4/5 to college and also management. I am studying from the last 5 years I am learning so many things from these colleges.

It's a women's University and that's unique thing about the College. and also it provides good technology knowledge with enthusiastic environment. I choose this course because of my interest in computer technology.

The college is more concerned about girls as it is the College of SNDT Women's university. Also the reviews on various websites were good enough for taking admission. Also the main reason is that girls are getting better opportunities for their career. Due to some of these reason I decided to take admission here

All experience was good except one. There was a male staff PRO, a very arrogant and psycho man. It was very odd to see a male in 100s of ladies. I was unwell n had a small surgery was on complete bed rest. I was supposed to submit my journals for practicals which I could not do on my own. As the last date was arriving I had requested my husband to submit it in college along with a medical certificate. This PRO did not accept my journal saying how can you justify this medical certificate is genuinely given by a doctor. To my knowledge, no medical certificate is complete without the doctor's name and registration number. He ill-treated my husband who had only been there to drop the project, my husband also being a practicing lawyer managed to ensure my project was submitted somehow. Only the worst experience ever their.

The placement record of the college was really good, also the institution is renowned and was suggested by many higher grade friends.Apart from this, got to know about other opportunities provided by the institution to women all around India.
