From mostly the 7th semester. Well, there were many companies like IBM, MICROSOFT, GOOGLE AND MUCH MORE WHICH I don't recall as of now. The highest as per my knowledge was 35LPA AND LOWEST I GUESS 14LPA. Almost 80% of students get placements. My plans would be to get a job for 2 years and then maybe a master's.

The highest package offered to our 2018-20 batch of MBA- IB was INR 17 LPA while the average package stood at INR 10.78 LPA. Some of the many prominent names present during the drive were Nestle, Tolaram Group, HDFC, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Deloitte.

We are not allowed to give details on the placements of the college. It is better to ask an alumni of the college for this. Companies can be found in the annual placement report. All figures are approximately accurate and can have 80% reliability.

The placements are great. The average is around 20L. Most of the big companies from FMCG, AUTO, BFSI visit the campus regularly. SIBM is open for most of the competitions. So there are a lot of opportunities through corporate competitions.

The college has a proven track record of 100% both final and summer placements that are very well organized. Most of the top companies from every sector visit the campus for both summers and finals. The list of top recruiters includes Colgate Palmolive, Cisco, Dabur, Aditya Birla Group, GSK, VI, Boston Scientific, Loreal, Genpact, Wipro Technologies, Brillio, IBM, HDFC, HUL and many more, across various industries. The average compensation for the final placements is around 15.64 lakhs and highest being 38.5 lakhs. The average compensation for summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and highest being 3.2 lakhs.

College actually tries best to bring companies for placement but some students are not eligible for placement shell criteria and some are not so skill full. In my department about 30-40% got placements. And average package is about 2.5-3.5 lpa. Like last to last year the highest from my department was 13.5 lakhs by Microsoft or some other company. I don't remember exactly. In short it's very competitive to got placements here, not a easy task.

After two semesters, you are eligible for internships and once your first term gets over then companies start coming and you are being prepared for the interviews by the faculty and certain clubs. In this course in SCMHRD many consulting/IT companies like Accenture, Capgemini, CTS come and banks like Bank of America come to recruit students during campus placements. The average package goes between 12-13 lac but the students getting placed with the higher package and the one with lower has a vast difference. My plan would be to study hard and work regularly on tests and assignments and get placed as early as possible.

Brand name of Symbiosis and Good Placements leaded me to choose SIBM, Hyderabad. The admission process was conducted in Feburary. It was very smooth and being pre covid, it was on an offline mode. The process included Group Activity, Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test.

Placements are pretty well, many companies come for Placements with an average package of 7 to 9 lakh, about 90% students got placed last year with good packages, from sem 3 companies come and Placements happens.
