Kanika library was the best thing i like about this institution. it is really great facility for students to read in a calm environment.
They are very helpful and student friendly with very good experiences and their mentorship is outstanding.
Maximum of th3 best ranking students get the placements at renowned companies like godrej bosch, hotachi, wipro, infosys, tcs, tata, mahindra etc.

Dislikes

Bad environment in night time and bad student in our side
The drainage system is very poor. In rainy season its very difficult to move in the campus.
The hostel food is not so great, many changes needs to be done.

Glimpse of Integrated BEd in Ravenshaw

Likes

The diversity in students provide exposure to different fields.
Facilities are enriched with content knowledge
Organisation and celebration of various programs.

Dislikes

Sometimes the conflict in between students and the authority.
Food quality of the hostel, though not bad but its not upto the mark.
The hostels are not sufficient to accommodate all students.

As this is a professional course, there is more job security; that's why choose this course. There are enough number of faculties in the department. They are qualified enough and use contemporary teaching practices. Regular internal exams are conducted before the end semester exam and the difficulty level is intermediate.

I really liked the campus. it's very big and always very lively
The infrastructure is great every department has its own building.
The teachers and seniors are very supportive here

Dislikes

The campus is so big that sometimes it becomes a problem to walk around
The hostel doesn't allow going outside for girls but it is allowed for boys

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it helps me in achieving my aim. The teachers here are highly qualified and knowledgeable they make sure to deliver the best lectures. There are 2 internals (mid sem )and 2 semesters through 1 year. It's not very difficult to pass those exams if you have been thorough with your chapters

Ravenshaw: The best to Excel

I like almost everything about the campus.The ambiance is very good.

Dislikes

There is not any major dislikes but some times the political parties get more involved, which I don't like.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course for my better future. I want to go for UPSC that's why it is very beneficial. The teacher-student ratio is 40:1. All the facilities are PhD in political science. The exams are conducted as per the instructions of the university. The exams are moderate in nature.

Likes

I like the cleanliness at our campus. Everything is well maintained and proper in it's own way.
The classrooms are damn clean and well for the students.
The teachers are damn friendly and easy to go.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs to be maintained on a regular basis.
The laboratories needs more equipments and all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this particular course because it fascinates me a lot and I find it damn interesting. There are great faculties in our department and they teach us damn well. Each and every exam of ours is taken damn care of and everyone is serious regarding the studies and course that we are in.

There is many scope to explore yourself.
Infrastructure is also good to some extent
I like teaching style of faculty members

Dislikes

Improvement is required in infrastructure
Lab classes should be done properly with proper precautions
Sanitation facilities is very poor in our university which is a main issue

Placement Experience:

Campus opportunities are there at our university. In 6th semester students get eligible for campus placements. Infosys and many other companies visited. About 90% of students get campus placements. I am planning to do a job after getting the degree.

Teachers, peer group environment, library facility, hostel facility. These things I like so much

I chose this course for better career options and personal interests. There are an average of 4 core faculties for 45 students each year. All the faculties are done there PhD in geography. All the teachers are very good in teaching and student-teacher interaction was very good. Exams are conducted as per the schedule of the university and the difficulty level is moderate.

The brief description of Ravenshaw University

Likes

The campus is very attractive and is filled with greenery and the infrastructure is very well designed which is the most eye catching part of the university.
The location is very nice as one can easily get assesd to things ,markets ,hospitals . .
The laboratory are well equipped and various modern technology are available.

Dislikes

The university 's admin block as they delay work .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love to study about plants and nature so I opted for this course. Teacher: Student ratio is 1:5 Almost all the professors have a PHD degree from a central university and a coveted university and even some of them have phd from a foreign and their teaching method is mostly practically based and they create a very interesting learning environment in the class. There are a total of 6 semesters in 3 years and each year one will have 2 semesters.

Campus Life is very good and infrastructure of our university is very beautiful
Library is very beautiful and have very good environment for study
Some faculties are too good and they teaching style is very good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love to study chemistry so I choose this course. Faculty: student -1:5 Most of the faculties were doing their PhD from iits, nits and recognised central universities. The teaching methods of some faculties are excellent and others are not so good. We have 6 semesters in 3 years. It's not very hard pass. if you study on a daily basis and focus on your study then it will be easy to secure good marks
