Sambalpur University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements have been provided by many of our faculties in which much of the students get passed and do their higher studies or jobs as per their choice. Many of the companies offer placemsnts in our college from large institutions like ocl factory, l&t etc. Approx 80% of students get the placements.

Only the 5th and 6th semister are eligible for attending the campus recruitment drive. TCS, L&T, Shopperstop have visited our college almost every year. The average package is 2.5 to 3 LPA. 20% of students are placed every year. After completing my degree I have gone for masters at Sambalpur University.

I am a student of Electronics and Communication engineering at SUIIT. I took this course as per 50 per cent of my internet in this field and 50% of opportunities. Though there are not a sufficient number of faculties, everything is managed by the administration smoothly. Somehow one can feel deficiency if we consider the quantity and quality of faculties. But there are some very good and highly educated faculties are too.

The college does not provide placement to their students, rather our faculty members suggest to the students how and where to get good, best job. I will be joining any of the university as a teaching in profession after completing my Mcom. Degree.

There is no placement in our college, students apply for job whichever they want to choose as their profession. I will be going to applying for job in the financial sector after my completion of my degree.

College does not provide placement to the students belong to BA hon but there is the placement for other course, students belonging to BA hon. In English, they can get recruited in the same college if they complete their PhD. from the same college.

There is no campus selection at all. But I think the college should provide a campus selection facility so that students can easily get an internship after college over. So that they can have a great future after college and enhance their performance due to campus selections. But the students can apply for a campus selection outside.

The department of biotechnology and bioinformatics (BT & BI) is one of the best department of Sambalpur University. The department facilitated with various majors facilities such as state-art-of laboratories, outstanding library and highly qualified faculty members. There are more than 10 laboratories for both biotechnology and bioinformatics for each. For admission, the candidates are follow up with the official website of Sambalpur University. The department of biotechnology and bioinformatics conduct entrance examination each year for M.Sc, M.Phil, and PhD. The selection process is based on the performance of entrance examination and academic score of previous exam. There are also reservation for SC/ST and Pwd candidates.

Because it is nearer from my home. Admission is done through MAT score or written test done in university. Sambalpur University is too good for study environment. Sambalpur University site in goggle is help to select this college.

This college is a Reputed Government medical college in our state. I obtained enough marks in NEET 2019, to be a part of this college. College atmosphere is very good. Natural beauty is seen in the locality. Many famous doctors are product of our college.
