Likes

Scholarships were available to students who scored first few ranks in the entrance exams, which were a great deal of help to them also, there are internships available through our mentors which is of great help.
Faculty are very good they teach well and they are very experienced with experience of 20 years, and fests happens every month and facilities are very good here like gym gardens library etc and place is very good
There are so many clubs like dance club, science club, maths club, etc and main beauty of the campus are very green and freedom of entry and exit anytime.

Dislikes

Firstly conduction of the entrance was very poor by nta.
At last the canteens. the foods of the canteens are ok but sometimes it too worst
I had a plan to do phd too but due to the academic stress and low facilities that this university is providing, i started to lose my interest on the subject.

Likes

Faculties, Atmosphere and Infrastructure. New labs and a very large grounds which can be used for our benefits and improvements
The knowledgable professors who were ready to spend extra care for each students
A variety of events which are held every now and then inside PU

Dislikes

Marking System CSBS in which the overall scores depends upon the whole classes average
Strict checking while entering the University and mandatory ID rule
No enough time to develop our skills as we would be engaged with homeworks and daily routine

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is bit old till 2024 batch. But now th enew NEP policy has came and the entire syllabus have been changed according to the recent requirements in the job market. But it is comparatively tougher than the old syllabus which makes it difficult for students to cope up with.

Campus is beautiful, campus life is good
safety is not a concern for everyone here
freedom you get in campus is also really good

Dislikes

Roads are absolutely not good at one part of University
Food is awful in taste , so you would have to adjust
Infrastructure can be better, they should work on it.

We have eco friendly atmosphere and green campus
Professor are ready to help even for our personal reasons
People accept and celebrate every kind of festuvals

Dislikes

Roads and transport are need to well functioned
Slow Functioning of administration process
Poor infrastructure facilities which is difficult for students

Our exams and internals are conducted on correct time mentioned in the academic calendar. On thing we have to improve is in the infrastructure facilities like accessing of smart board. Even our curriculum helps in writing exams like NET

My Experience in PU

Likes

There is a plethora of diverse cultures and languages.
There is a lot of explorability and you are given the freedom to explore as much as you want.
Excellent faculty for learning and you are given a vast library for all your needs and a reading room.

Dislikes

Hostel quality can vary drastically some of them are good but others are left with very poor maintenance especially the toilets
The campus being exceptionally large makes it difficult for people to easily travel
Management doesn't do their job sometimes, we are lacking facilities for the courses we really need

The course curriculum is very thought out and relevant. You can tell some people really thought about his because all these subjects can be really helpful in my career moving forward. It is also compulsary to do Internships.

University campus, professors, lively environment, good student community, freedom, political.
Infrastructure is good but placements are low and considering a vast campus the transport facilities are not upto the mark.
Social interactions are good and it provides a lively and happy environment to students with no much academic pressure.

Dislikes

Transport services, old hostels, unrepaired roads and a poor health centre.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum followed is pretty similar to that of Delhi University and teaching methods are pretty relevant and efficient for the students. 2 internals would be conducted followed by a semester exam.

I liked the staff here in our department the most and the grounds and the stadiums facilities
I liked the library and reading hall for reading and preparing for the examinations or any competative exams
I liked the canteens over here a lot and the atmosphere here is very good for the students to prepare for their future

Dislikes

The first thing I disliked here is the mess food and the mess services here.The food is very worse here.
The medical services here is very worst , there's no proper medical facilities for the students and there's no proper ambulance too
There's a lack of buses in the campus. The students suffer a lot to go to the colleges

Placement Experience:

I don't know that much about the placements of our university because our department doesn't have any placements. The placements will be provided in the management and the commerce departments. Rather than other ones

Likes

The university's social life is overall good and the location of the university is in a tourist place so it gives a good learning and travelling balance .
The university's faculties are well experienced and highly educated.
The university is open 24 hours and the girls have the same freedom as boys.

Dislikes

The roads are in a very bad condition and it is not being repaired although the road has been very since so long .
Lack of hostels . Due tk lack of hostel 3 students are forced to stay in 2 seater rooms .
The mess food quality is very bad . It doesn't meet the basic nutrition a person need per day

Placement Experience:

The semester students becomes eligible for campus placements only after their final year. There is no companies that comes for offers and placements . The highest package someone has got is 200000 rupees . There are not many students that gets placements.only 20 percent of the students gets placement.

I expected a smooth way of studying of my course
In engagement with campus this campus is like a heaven
Although there are placements but comparatively this university having less

Dislikes

Mess food and the way of taking lectures
The worst thing transportation facilities inside the campus
Unexpectedly i got the honours courses didn't wanted

Placements are for most of MBA, Mcom students than other departments although placements are there but it is comparatively less than other universities but the companies approaching our college is good

Good university and good people

Likes

The univeristy is providing freedom to express thoughts.no harsh rules is there.
Here theres no ragging which is a very good thing.seniors are very friendly.
The teachers present bere are very experienced.they are teaching in a very good manner.

Dislikes

The college is not assuring any placement .
The campus roads are maintained in a very bad manner.accidents often happen here.
Mess food is not appetizing and kind of repeating

I Have complited my MBA from Distance in year 2021 but i received mu mark sheet and certificate with wrone name. Insted of my name they have put my father's name. So even after sending mails of like 26 times and sending DD of Rs 1100/- they have not done anything and there is no reply in mail and no one oiks up the call. I am so frustrated and loosing hope. I really dont know when this will be corrected..
