The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Chandigarh University Review

Likes

They provide a best university libraries
Advanced credit programs , hackathons and some other classes
Best faculty for the Students which is good to students

Dislikes

Exam cell is not quite good

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester (4th year) of their B.Tech program. In the 2023-2024 placement session, over 904 companies visited CU, including top-tier firms like Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, and Flipkart.

Amazing University

Likes

sports the collage provide and participating national level events
very good environment and well cleaned ways
some faculties are waste they don't deserve their posts but some are very polite and very approchable

Dislikes

the rules ang regulations they give to maintain
the time tables they provide for classes

CU has gained a reputation for its strong placement records. Particularly in fields like engineering, managment, computer science and other technical disciplines. The university is training its placement cells plays a crucial role in providing placement to the students in top companies

Chandigarh University has great library management

This university need to improve their core management

Good university

Likes

The curriculum of the university is very good
Teacher are also very educated and supportive
Rest and function are also very goodly celebrated

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester student become eligible for campus placement So many company visits like Tata, reliance google and many other Students are getting much placement as compared to other university and my plan after getting degree is pursuing MBA from IIM

Good campus life, If you are sport person than Chandigarh university is best for you
You get good quality of infrastructure, including campus amenities .
the girls to boys ratio is good as compared to other college ( 4:10)

Dislikes

Learning facilities is worst , professors are not good and supportive
No coding culture, few of then are intrested in coding (2 :50), every one is depends upon the mass placement
faculty's expertise , teaching methods every thing is worst

Placement Experience:

Every student depends on the mass company. The interesting thing is that they charge an extra 8k for that. If you pay 8k, you are a TPP student, allowing you to sit in placement. Otherwise, you are a non-TPP student, and you don't get any benefits. The average package is not more than 4 lpa, some good companies also come such as (nutanix, DBS, Palo Alto, amazon, etc) if you are good at studies you can grab it.

Describe about my university

Likes

My classess are too good and my class rooms are very clean
Faculty of my university was very good and all the staff was good
There are many water points in front of classes and in every block there is a lift for students and staff

Dislikes

If we are 2 min late in our class time then they will don't have attendance
There are not proper sitting arrangement of my class
There are no security in our class rooms

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are course curriculum in my university.Every month there is a mst (Mid semester test ) of 20 marks which was adjusted in est (end semester test) .The time management in exams are good like in mst there is only one hour and in est there are 3 hours.

Even the city is very good as you ever know chandigarh is well maintained city

In university some students are not good
Some time I think 💭 there is too much burden in college
Course fee is high for middle class students it' is not affordable

This time we all know computer knowledge is very important that's why I choose this course But in real-world it is not very much useful for me In practical area college must improve curriculum and teaching methods because practical knowledge is most important than theory

CU will get appreciation in case of their infrastructure need improvement in teaching staff
the campus life is very good with diff extra curicular activities concerts and vibe of campus is too good
some teaching faculty are very expirenced and have good teachingg skills but some of them needs teaching skills

Dislikes

some rules for students must be relaxed i mean its a university but some rules feels like a school
Teachers must be interviewed carefully so that only eligible staff must join
quantity of students must be lowerd so that the placement oppertunities could increase

the placements in the university are good you have to be more prepared for them the thing which I don't like is the amount of students is much more and the students of cgc landran and cgc jhanjeri also comes here for the placements and the companies approaching for the placements are hiring less students.

The unseen side of Chandigarh University

Likes

The campus life is fun it's happening and it's worth spending every moment
The infrastructure is just wow the library and everything is perfect
The faculty members are very supporting and encouraging

Dislikes

There is no lift service for students and we have to climb 8 floor every morning
The hostel service is way to expensive and not worth spending 4years in hostel
The time table is quite hectic like it's pack from 9:30 to 4:25 and it sucks

Facilities, security, management and education
Examination and study material all things are provided
Teachers are so kind and helpful .. provide everything for our good

Dislikes

Sometimes hostel timings are annoying like it’s 8pm for girls so it should be extended
Somewhere dogs and cats are there so it can be dangerous sometimes

Placement Experience:

Like if course is of 4 year so during 3rd year eligibility of placements are there .. many big companies like Pwc Kick drum Quess Deloitte Philips Ms Ibm TCS Package highest is 90 lakh per year Average is 8-9 lakh per year My plans after this is to do master degree

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
