The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Chandigarh University- not in Chandigarh

Likes

The campus is pretty huge so that is a nice thing for a person like me who goes out for random walks.
It has a lot of food options and a very healthy diet can be maintained within the campus itself.
The college management keeps organising various events for hostel’ students and day scholars which are really fun.

Dislikes

The academic system is a bit different than rest of the colleges, which is very hard to get your hands onto.
Most of the teaching faculty being young and inexperienced, it is a little tough to concentrate in classes.
If you get detained due to your attendance, the college will charge you 10000 per subject for you to attend the summer or the winter school.

The placement my college provides is almost zero, for example 2 out of 10 students are placed in my department and the max package they're being offered is approximately 1 lakh per annum. I'll be pursuing my masters in law after completing this course.

The faculty mentorship quality and teaching methods are quite good
The infrastructure is also good and library is exceptionally well
The friends group which I got and seniors i met

Dislikes

Assignments are too much and other academic activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good it can be more practical because it is more of theory based It can be more practical based on real work problems. Teaching methods is good but can be more practical. The frequency of exams is like that 2 mst's and1 end sem in one semester

Classroom are stey good condition all the students are friendly.
All the facilities members are supporting .
College campus is reliable and peace culture.

Dislikes

Exam are not held according to accademic calander.
Most of the sinior envolve in annual function.
Classroom project I not working properly .

Course Curriculum Overview:

As per accademic calender issue by University .this curriculum shard to the students .after one month of session session exam will be conducted. Those students have poor marks the parant teacher metting held .

campus : csmous attract you more. huge campus vehicle are there if you want to go from one campus to another, you can use your bycle in campus but other vehicle like car bike etc are not allowed in campus which is a good thing .
Teachers : some teachers are ver well educated and helping, they will help you in every possible way
extra co cariculam activities. campus gives you many apportunities toh show case your talent

Dislikes

Cu is not focused on developing skills in students
main focus of university is only on research paper. in masters if you are not able to publish three paper you will not be provided your degree
before the end of 2nd sem they ask for the fee of 3rd semester.. if you are not able to pay fee on time they will add fine on fee and keeep increasing the amount of fine some of the student have paid 5000 rs as fine

Placement Experience:

placement in last 2 has decreased. less companies are coming to campus. and the companies coming to campus ask for 7 or above CGPA throughout whil make student not eligible for placement... many students have good skill but because of criteria they are not allowed to sit in placement other thing about placment is you have toh oay extra 10k to sit in placement drives. and if you got selected in one company you will not be able to sit in other drive...

Likes

The faculty is good,and teachers teaches well
Infrastructure is very big and beautiful
Hostel room and hostel food is also good

Dislikes

There is no ac in classroom but they installing now.
There is no lift for students in blocks we use stairs to go on 7th floor
Hostel is vey far from university my hostel is Zakir and I need to travel 2-3 km daily for my acedemic block

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in cu the avg package offered is 6.4 LPA and i talked to seniors also they tell me placements are good if you do hardwork consistently and one of 60-70%students are get placed and 20 %get there dream package

Likes

Their campus and campus facilities are amazing.
Their modern curriculum makes it stand out.
They provide you with free MOOCS courses. They support you with patents , research papers , internships even in 1 st year

Dislikes

There are more than 10k+ students of cse. So competition is high
Their placements are very good if you are in top 800 or else u would not get a good package

Placement Experience:

In Chandigarh University, placement rate and quality is increasing year by year. If 5000 cse students sits for placement, 3500 can grap it. And 800 students get a very good package at campus placements

Infrastructure professors advance teaching methods environment of college
Friends moot court society and other competition
Food facilities hostel clean and save environment no ragging

Dislikes

Distance from Chandigarh no ac in classroom
Strictness related to dress and for coming late
Gate closes at sharp 9.35 am it has a very big campus time consuming

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite nice as it give some time to students to get through the books by himself and can develop the quality of self sufficiency every Saturday is off and the holidays are very less and there is an one hour break after 4 classes

Overall in my opinion it is very very nice college you can take admission without any hesitation

faculty and staff behaivior is very polite and good they always care of student in every situtaion
they used very unique teaching techniqe for student to learn faster their teacher is very intelligent and every tecaher hasve PHD degree un different research and subject
Infrastucture and campus of this university is very very good i had never seen this type of building and infrastructure and the campus is very clean every class room have 3 ac it completely give comfort to student , no ragging

every thing is fine i think in the starting they give scholarship but you can fail in any subject in any semster your scholarship will stop i think this is not good
day day by increasing of student make crowd in the university but the management will manage all of them but in lunch time we facing very crowd in mess cantein food shop etc

in 4th year every student became eligible for campus placement 17545 company visite to give opportunities and offer for students average package is 4 lakh and highest package in 2.3cr you have minimum 7.5 cgpa to sit in any placement drives my plane to placed in good company with highest package

A deep dive into Chandigarh University

The faculty members are very cooperative and will be of your help whenever needed.
The environment of the whole campus is absolutely stunning
Socially , culturally and academically , this University is much advanced and provides a lot of opportunities

Dislikes

The food quality at mess and hygiene sometimes becomes a serious concern
Academic pressure is there , starting from a lot of assignments and then month end exams

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester A lot of well known companies lyk Amazon, Flipkart, Nescafe, britania, Google etc visit our campus and provide a lot of opportunities for students. The only criteria for placements is to maintain a good cgpa . Cgpa acts as a base for further process. Atleast 80% students get placement in reputed companies.

internship opportunities are available here in big companies
campus of our university is very beatiful and very huge spreads across 250 acres
the food joints of big companies are available gere to eat fresh food

Dislikes

some of the faculties are not good they dont help students
students here do fraud with other students
college guards are very strict and they dont help students

the placements of our college is very good here company comes for placements big mnc's like amazon , wipro, flipkart, hp, dell , phillips, google , tech mahindra my plans after getting the degree is to.do my father's business

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
