- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- Campus infrastructure are really good and feels positive vibes between students and have various clubs like c2s2 and there is frequent dj nights, fests which give us an enjoyable moment.

- Rules are very strict as 75% attendence is mandatory now they don't provide any duty leave and medical leave which is not good
- Mess food for hostlers are poor quality food they use low quality butter,and even chapattis are very hard and dals are so poor in quality
- Location as this college is far away from main cities like chandigarh and patiala as there is no cab facility available and there is no blinkit facilities available at this location and fees and fines are very high in terms of undisciplined

Course Curriculum Overview:
i would rate the course curriculum as largely relevant and fairly comprehensive,. one of the main reasons i chose this course was the balance between conceptual foundations and practical exposure.
the curricuum supports future academic growth since many of the modules introduce us to advance topics early, making it easier to explore research.
some topics feel slightly outdated and could be aligned better with the current industry skills and technologies.
the exam schedule is manageable, though sometimes multiple assessments happen in the same week or same day, ehich adds pressure . Spacing out evaluations a bit more and giving clearer rubrics could improve the overall experience

- very good placement record last year almost every student from cse branch got placed.
- maintained discipline in the college as it has dress code in collage
Dislikes
- rules and regulations its good to have this but too much is not good
- compared to other private college it has small campus size approximate 90 acre
- insted of normal guard they have military retayars persons as guard they sometime misbehave
Placement Experience:
At Chitkara University, placements start after the 6th semester, with a variety of companies visiting for both tech and non-tech roles, such as GoDaddy, Cvent, Infosys, Capgemini, Josh Technology, and others. So far, the highest package offered to a student from our college is a 57 LPA job offer from Amazon for a software profile. Usually, around 90% of students secure placements by the final semester. After earning my degree, I plan to work in a company for 5 to 10 years and then start my own business.

as i am in 3 year and i have so many friends in 4 year which is placed in good compies avg package is around 10-12lac and highest is around 1cr and placement is good in terms of everything chitkara really have good placement

- Maintence of the college , every thing is really maintained
- Main focus on study as well as extra curriculum activites as university provide both at the best

As far as i see most of my seniors are well placed from our university some of them are in plum , google and very know companies as the placement of the college is better than other college , mostly every student get a placemnet .

- Infrstructure is well-built and beautiful. Everything which a student might need is present there.
- Various extracurricular activites and events are held there. You can take part in any activity or event if you wish to.
- Different clubs are present, students can opt for the ones they wish to go.
Dislikes
- The sponteneous decisions taken by the authorities is what frustrate students, plans can change in short period of time.
- No centralized library, you are only allowed to go to your respective libraries. You can not even sit in the libraries of other disciplines. Sometimes, the books you need are present in the libraries of other disciplines but you cannot borrow them.
- They don't allow to leave the campus befor 3:30pm. Once you enter the campus there's no going back even if you don't have any class. You need a gatepass from your mentor which is very less likely to be approved.
Placement Experience:
The placement of this campus are good. This university prepare you from every aspect which will be helpful for your placement. More than 60% of students get placed to companies. In last semster of the degree, companies come to offer you internships. The average package was 4 LPA.

- Chitkara is known for its pratical aproach,internships and industry collaborations,which help students to gain real world experience. In Chitkara you have offered many internships on basis of their percentage
- The University provides good infrastructure for technical and research based courses like pharmacy. They have well-equiped labs for experiment.
- Chitkara has a good placement record especially for engineering and management students. They offer high package internships on basis of their cgpa.
Dislikes
- There are strict rules and attendance policy is too strict.
- The tuition and additional charges for various facilities are expensive .
- The curriculum is sometimes rigid with fewer electives and flexibility to explore .

There was no other option in fields. I thought it will not be difficult. This is only field whoch have jobs in future . This field is without recession. But if u understand coding, it's a good field. Almost every week we have exam

- I liked the campus life and its night life as its very cheerful and and buzzling.
- Also, its teaching faculty is very helpful and cooperative towards the students and very sincere about their duties.
- It also has different clubs which promote activities other than academic results and helps students grow further in different aspects.
Dislikes
- It,s mess food is not up to the standard it should be .
- it has paid gym which i think should be free for the students living in the hostel.
- It has restriction for going out of the hostel after 12 a.m.

The college provides a nice placement environement for the students who want to achieve something in their lives and it's average package is upto 500000 and its highest package is one crore till now from the amazon company .

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
