GNDU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The infrastructure of the BBK DAV college (BBKDAV) is the best when compared with all the other colleges of Amritsar. The labs are fully-equipped with A/C and have the Wi-Fi facility. The medical facility is available on the campus. Regarding the sports, the students get every kind of support from the college and the faculty. There is a sports wing in the college, and the sports students get the sports quota seats in the college. The canteen food is delicious. I love spring roll, and I think every BBK student is going to miss it in future. I didn't face any infrastructure problem, as I said earlier it is the best.

Infrastructure of the college is good but the hostel is not at all good they even do not allow the students to go out even in the morning and mess food is also very bad. Although they have 3-4 canteens and food is good. There is no Wi-Fi facility available in the college.

I have take admission in this university because this university has no ragging in campus. And here extracurricular is also good in which we can develop our personality. And the main thing is that there is placements is excellent for our branch. So that' why I have choose this university.

I have choose this university because guru nanak dev university has great placements which was nearly 90% students get placed. In this university there is 0% ragging which was really good. So this is my reason for selecting this university.

Every students want the placements and here 85% is very good rate. So that's why I have choose this university.

As I've said before, the placements were horrriiiibbbblleeee here. Not even a single company cane to this college for campus placement drives. No guidance and information regarding off-campus interviews were given either. I don't think even a single student from the commerce department got any job or internship opportunities through campus placements. Most of the students chose to do masters from different colleges after graduation. Others were searching for job or internship opportunities on their own without any guidance from the college or the faculty. The hopes were high for placements as they showed in their prospectus but got reallyyyyy disappointed with it.

I have join this university because this university is near to my home and another one is the lovely placements which engineer students matter a lot. So this is the only one reason for joining this university.
