GNDU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Only excellent remarks can be given to this university. Its quite difficult to write all the goods of this university in words. Only thing is : one can go herself/herself in all fields once admitted to this university

there are various reputed companies like Wipro, IBM, Aajtak, etc. come to our college for placements. students get informed about it. interested students get prepared for the interview. On the day, they well dressed in formals & eligible candidate/ student get selected by the companies. the average package was gone near about 3 Lacs.

No Placement for the students who have been in the college. I did not get any No placement for the students who have been in the college. I did not get any.

Everything was good no bad remarks except for placement.

Overall the college is one of the best and oldest college in punjab. Nearly about 100 years are completed by the college. One of the highest rating credited by NAAC. In sports or other curriculum activities one of best college thus so far. College has provided different artist to the nation.

college is very small also in a village and no food corners and canteen is even very poor . teachers teaching is less and we have to do ourselves only. but even then we get placed in some good companies with OK packages.

time table set by them is not good some days are so tight there are classes after every classes and some days there might be class after 3-5 hrs so that irritates us and also if class is not going to be taken by teacher is not informed by them mostly.

Placement is the quite moderate house not much placement is being done here as is competitive companies like Wipro Tata also come here

Atmosphere is great. It's up to you to make it worth Living.

DAV did not require the students to sit through any entrance examinations.There was only this interview conducted before the admissions. For me the interview didn't present any real challenge. It was quite a basic one. I came to know about the college from one of my seniors in school who had joined DAV. I chose this course because I like the subject, especially programming and want to make a career in the computer field. It is something which I think has a lot of scope, with so many technological advancements coming on everyday.
