SLIET Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

According to the official website, the highest package and median package offered during placements in 2022 were INR 18.5 LPA and INR 4.10 LPA, respectively. Further, more than 110 companies visited and 358 offers were made during SLIET placements in 2022. The top recruiters of SLIET during placements in 2022 were TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, IBM, etc.

The course is pretty decent I chose this course because electrical engineering was something that excites me the most, the faculties are very knowledgeable, and supportive. The qualification of faculties here is PhD level exams here are very timely, we have two minors and one major every semester.

I want to become an electrical engineer therefore I choose electric engineering. There are many faculties for students' overall development. The exam is taken per semester. Here the teaching method is very impressive.

From 7th sem for the degree and 6th for the diploma and 4th sem for the Mtech Students. Placements are about average and this year 2023 the placement ratio is growing faster and about 70 percent of the students from each branch got at least an average package. 20LPA is the highest in the history of SLIET offered by Microsoft. I have already been placed in HCL and Cognizant-like MNCs. So focus on the only job now.

From the 7th semester, they can start getting into recruitment. a lot of IT and non-IT companies visited and whoever is interested and tried they definitely got the placements average package can be 2.5 and max to 15 Lacs, 95% of people who are interested can get placed for sure. Just got the three offers and started working in Banglore.

Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester onwards. Notable companies like Mahindra and Mahindra, JSW, Torrent Gas, and others have visited the campus for placements.

Final-year students are mainly eligible for thé placement drives. The opportunity provided by the training and placement departments for every semester. 80 percent or more of students get campus placement. The training and placement department worked very hard for students.

The professors were highly qualified and helpful in nature. They guided the students very well. Before getting admitted I got to know this much about the college. As for the curriculum, it was according to the guidelines. Everything in college was according to the college calander.

There are no.s of companies are visited directly campus or indirectly means through another college like Vardhman, Mahindra(Swaraj), IBM, Cognizant, Capgemini, Hexaware, etc their highest or average package is 4-5 LPA.

Students are also eligible for job opportunities in diploma time, some students continue their studies. some choose to get a job as well, training and placement cell helps the students for getting placement in companies. The highest package of last year's computer science BE is 18.4 LPA.
