Bharathiar University Coimbatore M.Sc Information Technology: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to the course is merit-based, followed by an interview and certificate verification. To secure admission, a fee of 7,500 must be paid at the bank. The department is staffed by five professors, all PhD holders with industry experience and certifications, and assisted by an administrative officer. Each semester, students must pay a fee of 7,500, also through bank transactions, due in the first month.

There are no hidden charges. In the previous year, companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Cloud Assets participated in campus placements, which involved an aptitude test, a programming assessment, and an interview. About 50% of students were successfully placed. Students receive placement training to enhance their chances. Scholarships are available for minority students, who can apply by submitting a form to the office.
