Good faculty: the faculty are well experienced and help students in better understanding
The students are eligible for placements after completing the 3rd year in the 4 year course with the good cgpa, many companies like zoho, amazon etc.
The scholarships are good, try to score good marks in the first semester, because the college will check your marks.

Dislikes

We have nsp scholarship support fron college college fees 450000 per year hostel fees 100000 per yesr fees structure is quit higher no financial assistance no stipend from college side no campus for bds.
I don't like the central library in our college, and i don't like one thing that there is no stage in our college
The hostel room are not good and water facilities in hostel is not good

My Review On. Sathyabama University

Likes

Faculty has friendly nature with students.
I like library which has lot books and articles.
And I will like the college infrastructure.

Dislikes

In rainy season the college is full of water
Boys and girls would not meet in clg during classes
Only one they celebrate fest compare to another universities

Placement Experience:

In 6th sem Complete after we will eligible for campus placements. HCl,TCS,Amazon,Congnizant,Bank Of America,ICICI,IBM...etc And 90 percentage Placement confirmation in My College. Highest package of my college is 54Lpa And Average Package of my College is 5Lpa.

my review on sathyabama

Likes

i like the way of my teachers explaining any topic
i like big library in our college it has lots of books for a single topic
i like the indoor stadium and grounds we have

Dislikes

there is only fest per on single day year but other colleges have many fets to enjoy
during rainy season it is difficult for the students because the water system is not good
there are many restrictions for the students like boys and girls should not talk to each other

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is good but the topics are old. we need to upgrade to new topics It prepares well for real world applications and teachers helps us tecahing methods are good.they are using the projectors for better understanding timing of the exam is 3 hours and level is above medium

They give more importance to education and provide quality information
The another most impressive thing in sathyabama university is the food they provide it is free of cost and i really appreciate that.
The fest they conduct once in a year and it will the best

Dislikes

The maintenance the do should improve they have lot of unused area thry should clean it
The teachers should behave properly some are criticizing the students
They should provide more facilities to the students and they should allow outside food

Placement Experience:

From 2 nd they will start campus placement training till 3 rd year and by the end of 3 rd you are eligible for campus placement and most of the companies are accenture Deloitte cognizant tcs... They offers got package actually but it depends on you The students should have min 70 percent to apply for placement and they should not have any arrears in any semester

I like food in our college, and I like the construction of blocks
I like standards in our college and I like the events that are conducted by institution
I like the sports that they will conduct and I like the fest which will be conducted only once per year and it will be good.

Dislikes

I don't like the benches in our college and I don't like the floor
I don't like the central library in our college, and I don't like one thing that there is no stage in our college
I don't like that they will not allow us into the CSE block without wearing shoes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I rate the course curriculum as 4 out of 5. The standards in our college were excellent. They will make us learn the concept and they will teach the skills what are useful in our career. Coming to the examinations they are very strict in the exams like invigilation, there is no chance to malpractice. The time of examination will be upto 3 hours. The pass percentage of each subject was 50%.

I liked the faculties way of teaching in English
I liked the transport of our college, as we can travel throughout Chennai
I liked the quality of food in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like the way of securities behaving with students .
I didn't like the way to permission to go out of campus

Placement Experience:

In our college around ninenty percentage of students gets placed every year . So many computer science students will get confirmed placements with an average package of 6 lakhs per annum, and around 3-4 lakhs of lowest package and around 56 lakhs per annum

The food is good and they are having various type of menu
The bus is free for all students in the Sathyabama in which we can travel throughout chennai
The library in sathyabama is too good and they provide free wifi

Dislikes

The staff are too rude and they will not hear what we say
The sports is bad and they will not give enough suport
We should come before 9.15 otherwise they won't allow inside the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

My academic year is 2022 to 2026 we got A++ grade from the national board secretary we are building a greater environment throughout the academic year and the college is too good to study here and the staffs are friendly

Likes

Infrastructure, faculty , free transport throughout chennai in college buses
Way of practical teaching, no ragging at all . Friendly seniors
Making friends from different states , Events etc..

Dislikes

Hostel drinking water facility is not good because we need to buy 10 literd bottle with 15 rupees
Taking permission to go out of campus in weekends
No lift facility for students around the campus

The placements in sathyabama University is very high of around 98 % . With an average package of 6 LPA , and Highest package of 56 LPA , and the lowest package will be around 3 LPA . Every year every student will be placed in any company with best package only . If you are coming to college for placements, no need to think you can join

I'm a final year ECE student at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, and my experience has been truly wonderful! The faculty are highly qualified and supportive, always encouraging students beyond textbooks. Labs are well-equipped with regular practical sessions. The placement cell is very active with top companies like Amazon, HCL, Cognizant and Wipro visiting campus. Highest package was 41 LPA. Cultural fests and technical events make campus life vibrant and enjoyable.

Really liked the college overall ???? The campus and environment are good, and placements are pretty strong which is a big plus. Hostel facilities are not great, but they’re manageable—not too bad. Overall, a good experience!

I am currently studying at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. The university has a good campus with modern infrastructure and well-equipped labs. The faculty members are supportive and help students in academics as well as skill development. It also provides good opportunities through technical events, clubs, and placements. Overall, it offers a positive learning environment for students.
