Good faculty: the faculty are well experienced and help students in better understanding
The students are eligible for placements after completing the 3rd year in the 4 year course with the good cgpa, many companies like zoho, amazon etc.
The scholarships are good, try to score good marks in the first semester, because the college will check your marks.

Dislikes

We have nsp scholarship support fron college college fees 450000 per year hostel fees 100000 per yesr fees structure is quit higher no financial assistance no stipend from college side no campus for bds.
I don't like the central library in our college, and i don't like one thing that there is no stage in our college
The hostel room are not good and water facilities in hostel is not good

The college is good, but not worth for the money, if you join the college they study hard and try to get the top ranks since they provide scholarship that will be useful to students, they also provide free education to the foundation candidates

Remarks:

Good college we can get placed easily.One of the main thing we like in Sathyabama University is FOOD.Food is available both veg and non veg separately no sufficient amount of food we can eat how much we need.We can't enjoy more that we expect here.Negative remarks of college is Canteen.All student deserve it only less amount of items available.

NOW THERE ARE NO RULES LIKE FORMAL DRESSING CLEAN SHAVE ETC. NOW ITS GOOD IN RULES AND REGULATIONS. OUR COLLEGE SENT A ROCKET INTO SPACE WHICH STANDS FIRST FOR ANY COLLEGE IN CHENNAI. OUR COLLEGE IS GOOD IN CELEBRATING FESTS.

A Prestigious yet Traditional College bogged down by Old Ways

Remarks:

Positive - Food is the USP of this University. No other private University let alone Government Universities can boast of having such a good menu of food. Negative - They have a strict policy of separating boys with girls. Theydo not allow boys and girls to even talk with each other.

Stunning Sathyabama

Remarks:

Positive is Saturday and Sunday are holidays and negative is cleanliness during lunch and breakfast and another negative is buses are not good and after the college got over you should walk for 10-15 minutes to catch bus literally I will run to catch my bus...

My take on sathyabama

Remarks:

I love the great foundation in Educational Psychology, and the opportunities to observe in the classroom. Sathyabama offers small classes and loads of interaction Bus are good and college atmosphere

I'm a final year ECE student at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, and my experience has been truly wonderful! The faculty are highly qualified and supportive, always encouraging students beyond textbooks. Labs are well-equipped with regular practical sessions. The placement cell is very active with top companies like Amazon, HCL, Cognizant and Wipro visiting campus. Highest package was 41 LPA. Cultural fests and technical events make campus life vibrant and enjoyable.

Really liked the college overall ???? The campus and environment are good, and placements are pretty strong which is a big plus. Hostel facilities are not great, but they’re manageable—not too bad. Overall, a good experience!

I am currently studying at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. The university has a good campus with modern infrastructure and well-equipped labs. The faculty members are supportive and help students in academics as well as skill development. It also provides good opportunities through technical events, clubs, and placements. Overall, it offers a positive learning environment for students.
