- Teachers were all dedicated. The college had a very good name in the surroundings.
Dislikes
- Canteen was small. Auditorium had basic space.
Placement Experience:
Twenty five years before placements were not there but now i see lot of placement opportunities. We all had plans to do higher studies and was possible with the ug degree. Now I hear lot of big companies including Big 4 is hiring

- The college is situated in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram
- We can easily access the town and major places
- We get exposure from this college and contact with well established aluminious
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of this college is very poor
- Some facilities keep personal grudge towards us
- We will become tensed about the frequent exam's
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course include compulsory moot courts, internships, court work, record writing, report making, taking surveys etc this help us in real time practice but the court proceedings are really different but we become aware about the terms the technological side of this college needs to improve a lot

- The fee structure is very affordable here
- The faculty here is well educated and experienced

- There is no infrastructural development here
- There is no placement here though having a placement cell
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum here is very outdated. Recently as the Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure etc have been changed to BNS, BNSS etc, the curriculum has changed.
Th university is not conducting exams on time creating burden for students

- The campus is so ecofriendly as it is always green and lush. The campus has lots of trees
- The area is good with being so calm when it is so near to city.
- The students are hardworking and work for themselves and for others.

- The infrastructure is not good as they are old
- The campus is small and doesn't have many basic things
- The college lacks a ground and auditorium
Course Curriculum Overview:
Studying law is essential for all of us as it is essential for us to know the law that govern us. We can study it far more easily than we experience it to. It is not that difficulties to learn it and can be interesting as it goes.

- I liked the friendly atmosphere of the college. Its definitely a ragging free csmpus.
- Studying law here is very much affordable compared to other private law colleges.
- Faculty here is really exceptional..most of the teachers are Ph.d holders.
Dislikes
- As the college is 150 yrs old, the infrastructure seems to be very poor.
- College provides Hostel facilities for girls inside the campus but it cannot accomodate as many people. Mostly girls from north of kerala gets the hostel facilities
- This college lacks some of the things like an auditorium, a ground
Course Curriculum Overview:
The main reason that made me choose this course is that it provides me with a dual degree.
And its really intresting to study Criminal laws.
The cirriculam provides a solid foudation in legal theory and practice. Learning is enhanced with practical training such as moot court sessions and internships.
Exams conducted are definitely not that hard.

- Quality teachers is an important featute of every govt law college.
- The friendly atmosphere makes the first years feel home very easily
- Our library is one the largest law libraries among other govt law colleges .. it helps a lot
Dislikes
- The boys : girls ratio is 1:4.. it is one thing i dislike
- Infrastructure could be a bit more improved .. we dont even have an auditorium
- Over embursement of political parties is somehow not a very likeable thing
Course Curriculum Overview:
I could give a five-star rating on the relevance and comprehensiveness of the course. Im a law student and law is an integral part of every society. Being a ward of the govt law college tvpm also gives us a great value great teaching and the way of teaching and the college atmosphere makes us self-made. Ba literature could also be so helpful along with the law programme as it useful fo competitive examinations. As mentioned earlier the exams are a bit lagging behind but its fine. We are being able to cope up with it

- The teachers are good. Capable, we gets more exposure through many contests.
- But there are less placement offers. Students have to find there own way.
- Internship opportunities are provided but only available for limited number if students
Dislikes
- Less placement offers compared to other private colleges.
- University is slow in conducting sem exams and publishing results.
- Students in the final years will have to face back to back exams simultaneously.
Placement Experience:
I think when students reach the last year of they become eligible candidate for placement programs given by college authorities. Some famous companies are collaborated with pur college to accept our student.

- The academic structure is very good but they're not providing that much study materials it need to get improved
- In my campus socialization is very good but yeah it's kinda depends upon our political interactions
- Our college is conducting so many legal and non legal programs which is very helpful as well

- The political interactions sucks because neutrality the person one who's not included in any party is having difficulty
- Politics in the college need to get reduced and academic improvement need to increase

Course Curriculum Overview:
I'd rate the course curriculum in terms of relevance for my future is too good but. The syllabus is not bad but kinda tough too and can study but. The university is not giving mark as well they're not liberal

- Facilities are well educated and most of them are phd holders. They provide absolutely well assistance in academic and extra curriculum
- Ambience of the college. The college is situated in the major part of Thiruvananthapuram city near kerala legislative Assembly and other major state offices. Campus also has good ambience and scenery
- Fees structure is very affordable. Fees per year is below 10000 and it is really worth for normal people
Dislikes
- Campus doesn't have wifi access. It is a major drawback of the college
- College hostel for women is very Conjusted.
- Building lacks necessary amneties and buildings should be more well in their structure
Course Curriculum Overview:
As i mentioned only 60% of students pass in the exam. This is because the exam delay. We have to write the exam of 1st semester while we are on 3rd sem. That's why most of the students find it difficult.

- The college has a very open to society atmosphere. Iam doing my LLB course here. It is a social professional job so the campus atmosphere is helpful.
- Students have the freedom to follow their idealogies, both politics as well as personal
- All the facilities are provided by the college authorities. Bathroom, rest room, sick room, nss room, ncc room, water filter etc
Dislikes
- More number of classrooms can be included. Shortage of classrooms sometimes causes trouble.
- They can provide help in cultural and sports related activities. They can provide a sports instructor.
- Mens restroom is a necessary. They also need to have their own private spaces for their requirements.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell in my college is like a kid. It is just growing up. My seniors have been settled into multinational companies through placement cell in my college. Wipro, Infosys etc are the companies. Students should have an impressive CV, the college will guide us to make an impressive CV. 50% students get placements .

The University of Madras is doing a great job as it is providing a distance degree with an affordable fee structure. If you are a working individual and do not wish to quit your job, then joining distance MBA here will be the best option.
The courses and the study materials provided are good. You need to put effort in your studies to succeed. Self study is necessary. If you desire to learn more, you could attend the classes.
After completing the exams you will receive your Provisional certificate, within 4 months you will receive the completion certificate.

The M.Sc entrance test conducted by Madras University is not very difficult and it is based on the syllabus of the qualifyng degree. The entrance test will be conducted for 100 questions (MCQs) for 2 hours. There is no negative markin system.
