VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After third year, the students are eligible for campus placements.There were may almost every company visited the campus.Google microsoft accenture t c s delhite and thousands of placements were offers were made. Highest placement this year was a ppo of two third year student of one crore. Almost everyone gets a job. My plans after degree is to get a good job and earn money

Students are eligible for placements at the start of their final year (7th semester). VIT offers placement to all students who have registered for the placement process. VIT offers regular, dream, super-dream and restricted offers along with a couple of marquee offers. All kinds of companies visit year-round for placements (startups, MNCs, the big 4 consulting companies, IT giants, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Siemens, Schenider, Texas Instruments, Blackrock etc.) For my batch around 750-800 companies have already visited and provided offers for the students. Around 6000 -7000 offers have been made to students from all branches. The average package for this year is around 9 lakhs and the highest package is around 80 lakhs. A huge number of profiles are offered (Data analyst, Graduate Engineer Trainee, Software developer, Core job profiles etc). VIT offers a 95 to 100 percent placement rate with the placements still going on for my batch. Placements are offered year-round. I was placed in Sept.

This is the good college for placement that why I have choosen this college and ece is good major reason for choosing ece is that we can go to both core and it sector and placement training in the College will be very effective and they frequently conducted exams to get good percentage and also frequently conducted mock interview and test for placement

The course includes a very good futuristic subject.. this may grow up your carrier. and u can learn more and more new things about this subject. The teaching style And faculty are more advanced. The exams diffculty level & timing is very competitive.

College classrooms are very cleaned. Some times staffs arrange a campus its good to all students. Staffs are discussing with students what's a plan of the camp. Visited so many places in around a area

Students become eligible for placements by 5th/6th semester, with packages ranging from 4lpa to 1crpa for all More that 950 comapnies visited and over 8000 offers given to students highest package in ece was 88lpa for 2023 and average was 8lpa almost 100 percent students got placements I plan to pursure mtech in vlsi design

The average Placement at my college is 11 Lakhs per annum and for Electronics and Communication Engineering it is 8 Lakhs per annum. The highest package received by students is 1.02Cr per annum and this year 88 Lpa. Future Plan -MTech in ECE.

The curriculum for my course was updated the year I joined so it's very new and job oriented. There is an emphasis given to practical application of the class . The interval between exams is a bit extreme since there are 2 internal exams for every semester.

The curriculum helps in the field we are trying to work on and also helps us to know more than what we need to know. There are different projects and research happening with faculties with their help of we can get into it and help them in that field. Which can help us in future placements and interships. The well-advanced curriculum which is summarized to fit and get the best outcome from students is also really unique

For form 5-6 semester you can apply for internships and after that, some students get PPO while others sit for placement generally in 4 th year almost all the students get placed except for those who opt for higher education
