Placements this university provides is the strength of this university, companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, TCS, and so on come and offered packages as high as 32LPA(by Amazon). University do so hard to pacing as many students as they can, for now, they have an average placement record of 76% over the last 10 years according to their website, 350+ MNC visited the university this year 2022. Placements are good here. From the 7th semester, they allow you to get into the placement drives.

After the 5th semester, students will be eligible for campus placement. But all things depend on students' skills and knowledge. Every year many companies come to campus for placement__ Tata Consultancy Services, Teleperformance Pvt Ltd., HCL, Mughal Hotel Group, Taj Hotel Group Agra, MRF Tyres, Syska Pvt Ltd., Make My Trip hotel, and Tourism. TCS company will provide you with at least 1.90 to 6.72 LPA on the profile of the software developer. HCL will provide you with at least 2 to 7.2 LPA in the profile of Software Engineer. Mughal Hotel Group provides you with at least 1.80 to 5.54 LPA on the profile of the Hotel Assistant Manager. Every year at least 60 to 80% of students get the job opportunity and placement by the college campus placement. But they will have to clear there's an interview in many sessions. Now I am working for Mughals Hotel Group, on the profile of Hotel Assistant Manager.

The college has 85% placement records in the previous batch. Approx 150+ companies give campus placements. From the 6th semester, students are able to get placements. Companies visited are Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Amazon, Microsoft, and many more. The highest package offered in the college is 30 lakhs per annum.

For placement, students get eligible from the first year because some start-up companies hire first-year students. But for placement, it gets started from the 3rd year. Around 75% of students get placement in CS branch.

The placements are a mixture of good and bad. Good - Because you get ample opportunities especially for Marketing and HR students. Bad - Because you do not get many opportunities for Finance students.

There are online aptitude tests for every student before attending placements where the minimum eligibility for students to be seated in placement are above 75% which comprises various GD and PI process of college. Various companies visited our university like: Cover you, policy Bazaar, Jaro education, Himmplex, Global audio text solutions, British telecom, etc. The highest package was 6,00,000 LPA. Profile was of Marketing executive. There is about 90% placement done by our university. My plan after completing the bachelor degree was of appearing in SSC/CGL exam.

The University has an active training and placement department that works efficiently to ensure employment for all students across various industries. Over 400 MN c's came to GLA University in the year 2021. From the 5th semester, the company is started to take interviews of students. And those who have a better attendance percentage get really good opportunities. Companies like Amazon, Accenture, BKT, HCL, LAVA, NTT DATA, Infosys, HDFC Bank, Jindal steel, Dish tv, Honda, Google, Microsoft. GLA University Has a placement record of 75% over the past 10 years. Sometimes the placement is not so good in the University as the companies like TATA, Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys rarely visit the campus and in the promotion, those names came on the top of the banner. After doing 6 months of job in Noida now I am going to Manchester University U.K. for MIM course.
