GLA University Mathura Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The main reason I opted for GLA University is because of their number of achievements. They have been ranked among the top private institutions in India by various entities. They also have an A grade accreditation from NAAC. The admission process when I joined required me to attempt the GLAET exam. On clearing this exam I was granted admission.

Students become eleigible for on campus placement drive from the end of 5 th semester and this time companies or startups like devslane and two more I have forgotten the name have provided internship opportunities in the 3 rd semester only and have shortlisted and provided the opportunities and pre placement offer to many of the students of our University. Highest package of this year in GLA University is 32.06 lakhs offered by Amazon to a student of university and previous year also 32 lakhs which was offered by code nation. 75% of students gets placed in GLA University the placement criteria is very good as we have been trained for that. I should take the placement and work in the industry.

In 5 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. There are more than 240 companies that visited the campus some of them are amazon, Microsoft, tcs, Wipro, condensation, medlife, and many more. The minimum package offered is 4.5 lakh per annum by Infosys for the post of system engineer highest package offered was 32 lakh per annum by code nation for software engineer average package is 5 lakh per annum. An average of 76 percent of students got placement in top companies. After getting my degree I will do my job in a company and keep switching to higher job profiles.

Candidates have to apply online Or offline on payment of 700.After registration you have to be prepared for entrance exam known as GLAET which is held online in MCQs pattern. According to GLAET cutt off list you will get admission in this reputed institution.

From 3rd-year students are allowed to get placed in the companies through the valid selection process. there are more than 150+ MNC's companies come in GLA University to hire the students from different courses like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, SAPLABS, CHECKBOX and much more. also this University provides the 90%+ placement in each courses which is such a big achivement in itself of GLA University. There is the minimum percentage criteria for get selected in MNC companies is more than 60 percent. My plan is to get the MCA degree after the BCA.

Applying to GLU was my main aim to get in after my graduation got over with college providing excellent facility in the field of placements and internships. The selection is done on the basis of graduation score of more than 50% followed by GLAET scores or entrance exams scores followed by a round of interview. There are basic questions about the course that is asked in the interview with the field of interest I hold.

Students can appear in the process of placement from the 5th semester. Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro and Sap labs come to the campus for the placement of students and offers a decent amount of money according to the skillset and job profile. Like TCS offers 2 packages one is for normal recruitment in which they offer around 2-4 lacs and the other one for the cybersecurity in which they offer around 7-8 lacs. As for the highest, the offered package is 30 lacs by Amazon for the post of a software engineer and the average package is around 5-6 lacs according to the job profile. For the percentage of students who got placed, all you need is above 7.5 CPI to be eligible to sit in all the interviews. I've 2 plans in my mind one is that if I got offered decent pay by a well known MNC then I might take it or I'll pursue my MCA from a government college and then take placement.

Placements are really good in our campus. They are a variety of companies that come to our college to hire students. Some large companies are TCS, WIPRO, Infosys, and more. From the fourth semester preparation for placement starts and in the fifth or sixth semester you can get placed. The average package is of about 3 lakhs and I don't know about the highest but a senior friend of mine got an 8 lakh package in TCS. The percentage of students getting placed is about 80-85%. I plan for pursuing an MCA degree from a government college after getting a BCA degree.
