IIT Kanpur M.Sc Chemistry: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to the M.Sc. Chemistry program at IIT Kanpur requires the IIT-JAM entrance exam, held annually on the second Sunday of February, with applications starting around September. The selection process does not include group discussions or interviews. The Chemistry Department has around 70-80 approachable professors. Each semester's academic assessment includes two quizzes, a mid-semester, and an end-semester exam, which are challenging.
